About Spa at Los Cab
Spa at Los Cab has a country club-style setting at its Los Caballeros Sports and Racket Club location with tennis courts and a Jacuzzi nearby and an outdoor patio area with tables where clients can relax. The spa's interiors are highlighted by warm colors and modern décor with music adding to the spa's relaxing atmosphere. There are three treatment rooms with décor inspired by Indian, Roman, and Italian cultures. Amenities include a private dressing room with a shower and toiletries available for clients. Fresh citrus water and tea are offered and clients can unwind in soft robes and slippers. The Spa at Los Cab focuses on non-surgical skin and body treatments and offers a variety of facials and peels that incorporate natural, botanical products such as Sonage Care. This client wanted a deep tissue massage. She was told by the therapist that it would be a $10 up charge. the client agreed. after the massage. The client was charged $70. She then said to the therapist that the sign said $60. Again the therapist reminded the client of the agreement for the $10 up charge. The client preceded to say she did not agree to it after she told the therapist that she did agree. Our deep tissue is $95 the therapist should have charged a $25 up grade But only charged a $10. Our therapist our the best in the field. We retain 79 % our clients. Once you have a massage from our therapist you will not go anywhere else.
