E' un luogo molto frequentato, quindi non si può dire che si respiri esattamente l'aria rilassante che dovrebbe caratterizzare una spa... Per quanto riguarda il regalare voucher omaggio, per la mia esperienza lo sconsiglio: perche? Ci siamo presentati con dei voucher regalo scaduti da 1 mese e mezzo e alla reception mi hanno letteralmente rimbalzata (tanto loro l'incasso lo avevano già avuto). Non mi era mai capitato di trovare tanta ottusità per un motivo così futile. Strutture che vendono benessere e relax, non dovrebbero avere personale poco cortese che indispone il cliente all'ingresso: la reception è il biglietto da visita di un'azienda ! E comunque anche in un altra occasione avevo avuto problemi alla reception della Monticello Spa, quindi per quanto riguarda me e le mie amicizie, non frequenteremo più questo posto e non ne faremo buona pubblicità.
