    Heavenly Touch Spa of Beauty strives to help clients look and feel beautiful in a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Treatment rooms have faux-finished walls and are decorated with hand-painted designs while soft music enhances the spa's comfortable atmosphere. The spa features a reception area, full-service salon, whirlpool tub, and spa pedicure chairs. Staff members are trained in electrolysis, massage services, hair care, ion cleansing, and body treatments. Massage modalities include Swedish, couple's, deep-tissue, hot stone, and four hands. Hydrotherapy, microdermabrasion, facials, waxing, nail treatments, paraffin treatments, ear candling, eyelash application, airbrush tanning, and LED light treatments are also available. The Chocolate Body Scrub and Orange Blossom Body Glow are just some of the several body treatments offered. First-time clients receive a complimentary gift and gourmet lunches are offered with certain packages. The spa also hosts wedding and birthday parties with snacks and beverages.

I took my best friend to spend the day at the spa...First we walked in an sat for 25mins after our appt time. The owner never said a word to us...The whole appearance is cluttered and dirty. There is no changing rooms. I had to ask for a robe. Our services were wonderful but very expensive, considering this isn't a day spa...you travel between three floors for your services. Every room you going into has a sheet hanging up to cover some of the clutter...I've tried this place three times, once for a med ped which lasted 3 hrs and was horrible. I tried to get me hair cut n highlighted which sucked. Yesterday was my last go...the services were good bt its the owner...she has no clue what is going on...which only makes it worse on the staff...I would never recommend this place to anyone....

I go to Heavenly Touch to get my hair cut by Nick; and let me just say he is fantastic! I have thick, curly hair and he is the only person I trust to cut it. He always knows just what my hair needs and recommends great products as well. I always get compliments on my hair, and it's largely thanks to him. The entire staff is friendly and they always ask how I'm doing...the even remember me as a person (asking be about my new job, vacation, etc.) rather than just a customer. The variety of services they offer is astounding: hair cuts, waxing, massages, etc. I love the atmosphere, the great service, and the beautiful jewelry/handbags I can look at while I'm there. This is a fabulous salon/spa and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I would like to start off by saying that from the outside you wouldn't think much about the building but don't let that stop you. It is a very quaint and cozy place and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. My one gripe is that when I was there waiting on several occasions the owner was very unpleasant to her front desk staff person. I was appalled to see how she talked and treated her and the young lady was very nice. Ashley was great at her massage and was extremely friendly to greet me when I came in and I think she deserves to be treated better than what I saw. I hope her the best and will come back as long as I see the staff being treated more appropriately.

I received gift cards for SpaFinder. So I went on the computer to find any in my area. I found just 3. I chose A Heavenly Touch Spa of Beauty. It was fantastic. IMy Therapist Kate new exactly how to fix my complaint areas. I chose the Aroma Therapy which she mixed exactly to what I told her my needs were. The enviroment was awesome done to the last detail. Heavenly touch is a great place to go. I got a gift certificate for Christmas two years ago and when I used it I got an appointment with Kate. She is amazing with hair and massages. She came in on her day off to do my hair for my wedding and brought two of her friends to do my bridesmaids and mother's hair. I will be going back there for my hair appointments and everything I can. GREAT experience!

My mother and I showed up last year with our spa finder gift cards for an appointment at 2pm. The very unfriendly woman at the front desk shoved clipboards at us and told us to fill them out. We did. Then we sat down in the "waiting room" and were ignored for 45 minutes. The topper is, when I call for an appointment the owner told me it was prom season and she was too busy for us....she then returned my call and told me she had someone coming in specailly for us!!! Well, apparently not, because 45 minutes into our appointment time and we were still waiting. No one bothered to say "we'll be right with you" or "can we get you some water" or "we apologize for your wait"! Thought a spa was to be relaxing? To top it off, the women working there dont seem to care too much about their appearance (sweatpants and holy shirts) why should I let them beautify my appearance? The whole thing was unpleasant! Needless to say, we walked out! And no one ever called us to find out why we left or what went wrong. Talk about bad service! I will never patronize them again!

My overall experience was good. It was too hot though! They need to think about getting central air for the building. A spa experience is suppose to be nice and relaxing and cool, not sweating while your getting your services done. Very good prices for what you get too!

I was lucky enough to have been given a spa finder gift card. I located this spa on line. I liked the sevices offered and the theme of the spa. My girlfriend and I made appointments through spa finder for joint pedicures. The house is quaint, rooms nicely decorated and private. We thoroughly enjoyed our hot stone spa pedicures and the ladies who gave them to us, since we talked a bit. We thought the prices were reasonable as well.

I also had a salonwish.com gift card to enjoy and chose this spa after researching others through salonwish.com. This one was the closest, but even more so, the prices were better than the other nearby spas that would accept the gift card. I do think that the pricing at the other spas likely reflected the complete zen-like, pampering, modern, thoroughly spa atmosphere they offered. Yet, while I agree that A Heavenly Touch Spa's atmosphere and decor is not in my taste necessarily, the welcome is warm and the staff friendly and competent. I have been to the "true" spas and they often carry a bit of snob along with the impressive decor and pricey services. A Heavenly Touch was clean, even if a little too cluttered or not properly decorated as I would have expected, and the deep tissue massage I chose was well worth it. Beside, the website had a $5.00 coupon for first timers. So, I chose to overlook the decor and style of the place and rather enjoy my time and the people that made it worth being there. I was not disappointed and will go back for the massage services.

I received a spafinder gift certificate as a birthday gift. After doing some research I decided to visit A Heavenly Touch. When I arrived, I was hesitant due to the unpleasant exterior, however I decided to give it a try. I was scheduled to recieve a sports massage. I have had sports massages in the past, so I had an idea of what to expect. It was terrible here! I paid for a full hour and recieved 45 minutes of stretching, by a very unexperienced "therapist". There was absolutely no massage whatsoever included. I left there feeling ripped off and just totally unhappy. I felt like I was more of a hassle to the employees there and the atmosphere was very unfriendly. I wouldn't return if even if I was paid to! I would not recommend this spa to ANYONE.

This will be our third year going to A Heavenly Touch Spa. My mom, two aunts and myself go every year for our birthdays. Cathy goes out of her way to make your experience relaxing. They are alway welcoming and pleasant. They have also planned out packages for us to fit our needs. I would reccommend this spa to anyone!! It is truely wonderful and I can't wait to go again in a few weeks!!!

Great experience with Nick the stylist. He took time to customize my cut and color and made me feel absolutely welcome and beautiful. The spa owner, Cathy was very accomodating and did an eyebrow wax for me with no notice. She also accomodated my 15 month old daughter, allowing her to play close by while I had my hair done. My color is multi-dimensional and I had so many compliments on it that I referred two friends to Nick. Awesome experience and I will be back for more services!

I received a Spa Finder gift card from my students and chose A Heavenly Touch. I had called another spa listed as a member but they never returned my phone call. The atmosphere is very homey and relaxing. It is set in a Victorian style house and each room is decorated differently. They entire spa from what I could see was very clean. The staff was very caring and made me feel like I was the only one that mattered. I felt relaxed and pampered which was my goal. The employees are very personalble and down to earth, not like another spa I had visited last year in the Hershey, Pa area. This is a great little getaway and I will be back!!!!!

I have used this spa myself and for gifts for my family. I was shocked by the last comment. The house is not a row home, it is a single family residential home brought back to it's original turn of the century charm. I have received exceptional service each time I was a guest and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist or spa owner. I have never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes and have always been offered a beverage. I am wondering if the person who reviewed the spa prior to my review was actually at the correct location. All I have to say is the service I have received was personable, professional and very relaxing. My relatives whom I purchased gift certificates for loved their experiences and hinted for more Spa Finder gift certificates to use again this year.

I found this spa through SpaFinder and thought I'd give it a try and get pedicures. This was a birthday treat for my daughter's and my birthday. It was no treat. We called on our way to the so-called Spa to confirm our appointments and were told that the manicurist was running behind by ten minutes. I was astonished that they didn't think to give us a call to let us know they were running behind, and that I as a patron had to reach out to them! I assume they didn't care about disrupting my schedule. Upon arrival we were not so warmly greeted by an indifferent receptionist who shoved a clipboard at us and directed us to complete the attached info. forms. We then proceeded to sit and wait....and wait... and wait - - it was now 20 minutes past our scheduled appointments. We were completely ignored. No one asked us for our patience, if we wanted a beverage or anything! After being ignored by the staff for 25 minutes we walked out. They paid so little attention that they missed our departure. In addition, they did not greet or attend to other clients who walked in the door after us. These clients stood at the unmanned receptionist desk for over 10 minutes and upon our leaving were still not attended to. To top it off, no one called us to question our departure or to apologize for the 25 minute delay. To speak to the "Spa" atmosphere - this is a refurbished row home that is quaintly decorated in a cacophony of gilded angels and Victorian touches. It is warm and cozy, but is not for you if you are expecting a full service spa experience. Their prices are competitive with other authentic full service spas ($43 for a pedicure - not incl. tip). If I am going to pay real spa prices, I expect real spa experience. They have no hostess/beverage service. The staff is dressed super casually in oversized sweat pants and T-shirts and they look like they just rolled out of bed. The staff is neither accommodating nor welcoming - their demeanor was if they could care less if we patronized their business. I was disappointed by the whole experience. This business has no idea how to provide customer service let alone a true spa experience. Your money can be better spent at the other truly full service spa that is in the same neighborhood. If I could have given this spa 0 stars I would have.
