    Concept Day Spa's mission is to "bring you the latest services, techniques, and technologies that are available and to deliver them with care and the highest level of professionalism." The spa's reception area has a calming atmosphere enhanced by fresh flowers. Before treatments clients are shown to a private treatment room where they can change into robes and slippers provided by the spa. There is also a relaxation area where clients can unwind in between treatments and enjoy a hot beverage. Clients may also book a snack, lunch, or afternoon tea here for themselves or with a group of friends. Services include body treatments such as massages, facials, Yon-Ka facials, microdermabrasion, treatments from the Christina laboratory, spa manicures and pedicures, and waxing as well as salon and hair care services.

My boyfriend and I went here for couples massage and we both enjoyed it 100%. He was very apprehensive as he is not a "spa" type of guy but in the end he was happy we did it. The spa decor is a bit dated on the 1st floor where you enter but once you go downstairs to the massage area it is very well decorated......soothing, dim lighting, lovely aromas. And very clean. Everyone is very professional and accomadating, I booked our package without the sauna but upon arrival they insisted we use the sauna before our massage (free of charge) and they were right, it was a great addition. The massage was wonerful, relaxing with just the right amount of pressure. Afterwards they allowed us time to sit in the room in the lovely plush robes they provide to relax and drink some tea. We went on a Saturday....early afternoon....and did not feel rushed at all. This place is certainly not the "poshest" spa I've been to but it was a good experience and we'll be back.

I had a massage here shortly before my wedding and it was sooooooooo relaxing. They gave me a complimentary foot soak and allowed me to chill out before taking me in for the massage. I was looking for a new hair stylist also, so after being treated so well there I made an appointment for a cut. The stylist did a great job -. For a chain, this place is outstanding.
