Broom Mill Day Spa

If you just want a warm, friendly atmosphere without all of the fancy trappings of the hotel spas, go to Broom Mill. It's just the best. My daughter and I have spent the day in the most relaxing atmosphere. The staff are great and the treatments are fab. I had a facial and hand massage and they were excellent. The facilities are really good but best of all is the food. Coffee, slush puppy and water is available all day, then for us the lunch was to die for. Three courses and several choices. Eat as much as you like and it's all the best home cooking. I couldn't speak too highly of the whole experience.

I have been coming to Broom Mill Day Spa for 4 years now which started as a treat for my 30th birthday and developed into a christmas treat and then an annual occasion with mini spa days in between. My friends and I love it from the minute you walk in the staff are friendly, the atmosphere soothing and everything you need for a day of rest and relaxation. The only bad thing is the treatments are so divine that you can't choose easily as you want them all! I even arranged a hen party at the spa which was enjoyed by all the girls. I nearly forgot...the 3 course lunch is delicious! Will be going back for more R&R soon.

Set in a peaceful country location - was shown around by a professional and friendly member of staff who provided information about the facilities and the timings for the day. Modern coloured decor and the treatment rooms are very colour coordinated, fresh, clean and calming. I love the swimming pool as I had it all to myself for most of the time and loved the underwater coloured lighting. The chill out room is great with pool table, dartboard and white light room and the chairs and blankets are so cosy - total indulgence. The jacuzzi has different bubble settings and has great views of the fields whilst maintaining privacy. There are comfy settees where different products can be tried. The treatment was amazing - reflexology and hot stone massage. Many places I have visited before don't stick to the timings of the treatment shown. However, this is not the case at Broom Mill as they offer a professional and caring treatment tailored to the individual. THE FOOD IS AMAZING - 3 course lunch which again has that personal touch by being home cooked excellent quality food that offers choices to suit all. There is a range of different teas and coffees availlable all day as well as fun ice cold slush! A great family run spa!

I have been using Broom Mill Day Spa for thie last year and never fail to be impressed by the quality and professionalism of the service they provide. Their therapists are excellent in both their skills and product knowledge and the SPA facilities are perfect for a relaxing day out.

I visited this spa with a friend. The first problem was finding it - the signage to the spa is terrible. When you do see the sign it isn't very impressive or inviting. The facilities need updating, mainly the decor, everything is black and red. Not a very tranquil feeling apart from the treatment rooms which are ok. There are plastic flowers around the pool area which look drab and dusty. Our day included lunch, which was cooked lovely and there was a choice of menu. The dining room was drab, again black and red theme with thick black plastic table cloths! Ugh!! The treatment we had was good and the beautician very professional. An expensive day out and its a pity the spa did not come up tp expectations, we would not visit again. Also they are very difficult to contact, you always get an answering machine and it takes days for them to return your call.
