The body scrub was great and the deep facial was also good. Plus, you can't beat the price $100 for 2-hours of service. Definitely will go back again.

Had a spa finder gift certificate to use. I picked this place being attracted for theirs two hour/any service deal. I had massage and deep cleansing facial. let me describe massage. Imagine yourself asking you tired boyfriend to give you massage after work. He cannot say No and his massage would be pure caressing touches. That was my "deep-tissue". I am 114 lbs will ultra soft skin .Should not be hard to massage me. Except for heavy breathing of girl who did the job I felt nothing, nada, zero! I wonder how they do aroma therapy- burn the Glad perfums candle for an hour? In addition I have never been soaked in oil before as in Water LIly. They should change their name to OIl Lily. By the generosity of oil poured on my back I assume it was baby oil. Did i mentioned oil, COLD massage oil was poured right on my skin?! The access of oil was wiped off using PAPER TOWELS. Felt like a 450 sandpaper. After all, super hot towels were thrown on my poor back. Facial- the girl rolled the cart with creams when my eyes were closed and rolled cart out when I had mask. God knows what they were using. My whole back is covered with white heads. Simply great! All I needed is breakouts.

The fruit scrub was a first for me here... It was interesting. Not sure it made a lasting difference for me although my skin was nice afterwards (because it had been cleaned). However, they do offer other services which I plan to try out. And what does it for me is the attentive and friendly people here.

Cheaply Priced for So-So Service

I did the special package at this spa that was $100 for 2 60 minute treatments. I picked the massage and the facial. The massage was mediocre and the lady seemed to make-up the massage process as she went. Her pressure kept varying as well. The facial was not so great. She literally scraped my face with a piece of flat metal piece. I left the place with reddish marks and a scab on my face (scab lasted for about a week before it went away).

I love this spa! I was hooked with their incredible 2 one hour treatments for only $100. I got a massage and a scrub. I didn't expect the scrub to be an hour, and figured even if it wasn't, the price was still great. You can't get a massage alone for $100 in most places in NY. The massage and scrub were both amazing and one hour long as advertised. After that, I showered and expected to dress and leave, but my technician spent another 10 minutes putting lotion on me. It was was so wonderful that I left a $40 tip! I'm going back soon as a birthday gift to myself!

I booked a hot stone massage for myself and a facial for my cousin as a little treat during spa week. We were a little apprehensive since we’ve never been to a spa in Chinatown and didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we arrived. The spa was quaint and very pretty. The staff was accommodating and ushered us in immediately. We got a double room and were in heaven for 50 minutes and both ended up falling asleep. My massage was amazing and so relaxing. The masseuse did an excellent job and my cousin loved her facial and was glowing – I will definitely go back in the near future.

I love spas and have experienced many. I found Water Lily while researching for a girls' day out. Their special of 2 - 1 hour treatments for $100 caught my eye immediately. I made appointments for 1pm. I opted for the aromatherapy massage and my friend, the brown sugar scrub and both chose the reflexology for our 2nd treatments. We were immediately ushered to our treatment rooms even though we were 15 minutes early. Both masseurs stayed with us for the whole 2 hours. It was really wonderful and I did fall asleep at one point during the reflexology. My girlfriend felt scrubbed clean and invigorated. I was refreshed and relaxed at the same time. I plan to get the scrub the next time around. It was a wonderful "Pamper Me" day!

So after tons of searching for great deals, I decided on this spa online. Given the amazing special they were having and the location, I honestly was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised when myself and my friend arrived. It was a beautiful and quaint little spa. Very clean and relaxing. The body scrub was VERY good and very relaxing. I also received a facial--in the past, I have shied away from facial because of a painful extraction experience. I decided to take a risk and it paid off. The facial I received at Water Lily was soothing and my skin felt very hydrated and clean. Its still glowing!! WHAT A GREAT SPA!! I am definitely planning on coming back and have already recommended it to many others as the hidden jewel of Chinatown!!

I went to Water Lily Spa for the two hour special last saturday. All the stuff were amazing! I chose deep tissue massage and deep clean facial. Thank god they have the parking space avilable for our car, especially on the weekend and in a crowded place like CHINATOWN. The place was supper clean and another great thing about the place was the AC...oh god, I went to several spas near Chinatown, they provided either fan or the AC was not strong enough. My mother and I had a double room, and the room was pretty nice, a towel with clean bed sheet. About the massage and the facial, the massagist done a great job. About the deep tissue, it did improve my soreness on my shoudler, and I felt more relax afterward. The massagist was very kind, she massaged me based on what I told her, and she constanly asked whether she was pressing the right spot. The facial was very effective. The lady helped me extracted the black heads as well as some other dirty stuff on my skin. I have seen lesser blackheads on my face than before. Great place for a visit.
