All the employees here are great. Professional, organized, and educated. I've been going here to get Botox and recently started receiving Velashape treatments. Always please with the results of my Botox and love the way the Velashape is smoothing out some spots I'm not happy with on my body. Great place!

I started coming here for laser hair removal on my under arms. First of all let me start with how welcoming and friendly the staff is. Love them! The technicians working there take the time to explain to you how laser hair removal works and what I should be expecting. The results I am see are great. I decided to try one of their hydro-lifting facials and enjoyed it so much I bought a series of 6. Great staff, awesome services, and satisfying results all in one place! I've recommended this place to all my friends!

I came to American Aesthetics to start my laser hair removal treatments. I have yet to have a problem with this place! Booking my appointments are quick and easy. I am usually able to get in right when I need to if I call ahead. As far as my results are going, I am please with the amount of hair reduction I am seeing so far even though I'm just on my 3rd treatment! I definitely will be purchasing more treatments for other areas of the body. The girls working are always nice and take care of me. Taking time out of my day to come here is always worth it.

I also purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal (small area). Prior to purchasing I contacted them and mentioned that I only had a few hairs but they were spread out on chin, a couple on neck and a couple on my jaws. I wanted to make sure this would qualify for a small area. I was told "yes". I had laser hair removal done on other areas on my face a few years ago and after just one treatment, noticed the little black spots and dead hair follicles. This time around after the first treatment, nothing.. waited for 4 more treatments, still nothing. The scary part is they ask you to SHAVE the area, which has thickened the hair and made it so much more problematic with no results. There are thicker hairs now that never existed prior to the shaving. Each time I got a different operator. Some were nice and listened and were concerned that I saw no difference with the treatments. Some mentioned the level the laser was set at was very low and they upped it some. The last operator was by far the worst. She said, "I train everybody here". And "You got a really good deal". This lady was rude. She kept defending their non-working service instead of listening to the custom and trying to address the problem. Complete waste!!

This is the worst spa I have ever dealt with! Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this rude and unprofessional business. It took me over a week to book my appointment because no one would call me back. Then my appointment was book incorrectly and when I called to clarify why the woman couldn't answer my questions. She threw a fit when I asked to speak with the manager and told me if I wasn't happy with her answer I "should just get a refund." Despite multiple calls and being told the manager would call me back later that day, no one ever called. They completely ignored my issue. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get a refund!

I called AAMedSpa to book a manicure and pedicure and was told they no longer offer nail services. I inquired about an advertised body wrap special and was told they would not honor it, nor any spafinder certificates. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache! Horrible management!

I went and paid $70 w/a tip. It wasent what I was exspecting thats for sure!! The seats are far from relaxation. You had like 3 feet behind you from your back and head so you couldnt just melt into the chair like you should beable to. They tell you to relax but you just cant!. You have to have your feet/legs on the person who is giving you the message on your legs so you feel like you just relax your legs. I almost felt that if I were to relax to the fullest I would have pushed the person away!! So while they are doing what they do your trying to hold back from relaxing your legs with all your weight in your legs . Maybe they are good at other things but as far as a pedicure I would NEVER go back for that!! I rather go to a nail salon and have a pedicure done where I would have money left over to go get lunch

This spa has quality service, products and especially people. I have been a loyal client for almost a year and have been extremely happy every time. Adore there lash extentions !! Ive been into afew different nails shops to get my lashes but never had the same experience or quality as American Aesthetics. Carol the esthetician showed me all different lengths and ask me what look I was going for. Which other shops didnt!! I told her I wanted a natural look for my sisters wedding .that she gave me !.:) she also explain how to keep maintence on them and they have lasted for 2 months now! Please try and ask for Carol!

American Aesthetics is the "Best Spa in Lynnwood" . Ive been to so many spas but never like AA medspa. I came in with my 2 best friends had a complete spa day with them without breaking my pocket. They compeletly worked with my budget and custmzied my spa package. Its very private,upscale and realxing best message and facial Ive ever had. If your thinking for coming in for a complete Spa day I would recommend coming here!

Although this place offer great massages and okay prices, I would NEVER recommend this place for a person of color. I encountered problems with the head esthetician/owner. She constantly told me that my dark African American skin needed to be lighted and that I had skin problems, which is absurd because I have never had blemishes, acne, or defined wrinkles and my usual esthetician at Gene Juarez would disagree.
The overall service was completely unprofessional by the ignorant owner who like to tell her life story and her early teenage pregnancy with a boyfriend that cheated on her all when I was trying to have a day of relaxation. She was also very pushy when selling products, and when her products did not work she blamed it on my skin. As a lawyer I wanted to sue her for her malpractice, arrogance, and RUDE customer service, but I realized that this business was not worth my time, and that in time they would shut down. If there was a negative star rating I would rate her negative 5 stars.
As for the prices, they add 20% gratuity on all services and additional hidden charges. NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR THE POOR TREATMENT.

Any of are regular clients if they are not fully satisfied with any services we try to work out something with the clients.We beilieve in having 100% outstanding service at our spa making sure clients feel comfortable and satisfied in every treatment we perform. I think this person has a personal issue with one of our staff members and wants to harrast them which we are not tolerating.

I purchased a package for acne skin care treaments and my skin has never been as clear as it is now. I am extremely satisfied with the results and plan to purchase another package for another six months of treatment. Additionally, my esthatician was able to customize a treament especially for my skin. Ladies lets be honest we all hate being harry! Ive been to so many laser supose medical clinics! but just had very bad expriences with no results and some skin scars. I finally attempted to come to American Aesthetics Med Spa I was referred by a friend to come in for a final attempt at laser treatments. Made a appointment Doctor and Aesthetician were both there to help me with my concerns and signup for a fullface package , was surprised on there really good prices. Have had 3 treatments and have really good results and no scaring I recomend coming in at least for a consultation.

Since my first visit I have been completely satisfied with the shape of my eyebrows, I diligently come back for all of my hair removal needs, but mostly my eyebrows, this service is definitely and art and their technician has it down to the T!
