About Beyond MediSpa at Harvey Nichols
Located on the fourth floor of Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge, Beyond MediSpa is home to a team of medical aestheticians and full-time, on-site doctors focusing on a long-term approach to maintaining, rejuvenating, and restoring healthy, younger-looking skin. The spa's large, open-plan reception area has a minimalist design, and each of the spa's four treatment rooms has a different color scheme and a heated treatment bed. The spa puts a strong emphasis on individual consultations, and offers complimentary sessions to ensure that all treatment paths are tailored to the exact requirements of each client.
The spa was founded by the U.S. plastic surgeon and dermatologist Dr. Barry Cohen. VISIA(r) Complexion Analysis System is used to evaluate clients' needs and help them plan facial rejuvenation and on-going skin-care regimens. Beyond MediSpa takes an integrated approach to treatments including their custom skin-care and annual skin-fitness packages. These offer combination therapies including medicinal strength glycolic acid chemical peels (20-50%), visible spectrum light and low level energy applications. Available treatments include Botox(r), Restylane(r), microlaser peels, laser hair removal, photomodulation, and intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments.

One of the few spas that are more about treatment than just indulgence and relaxation - especially good for those with acne, the problem I've had for 20 years. You can book for a free skin analysis using a high-tec pod and they also sell a good range of products, PhAdvantage and Obagi - you can use your Spafinder vouchers to purchase these. Excellent for acne and aging problems.

I suffered from mild acne, a work college who also had problem skin recommended Beyond MediSpa as they found their skin dramatically improved after regular treatments there, I was invited in for a complementary consultation and decided to go ahead with treatment after feeling very confident with the clinic. My treatment consisted of a deep cleansing facial with extractions as well as some additional blue light therapy to help with my acne, I am now a regular visitor to the MediSpa and am like my college very happy with the results I have achieved.

I came across Beyond Medispa when I was shopping in HN.Their Visia skin analyser caught my eye.I was immediately offered help and ended up having a free skin analysis and consultation.I have been concerned for a long time with irregular skin pigmentation and specially unsightly brown spots on my face as a result of too much sun years ago.I didn't think anything could be done.Different options were explained to me in detail.I was then seen by a doctor who provided me with a prescription only cream and who can follow up my prescription.
I was impressed by their professionalism and excited about getting some results!

Finaly I have found a salon I can go to and get proper results. I have been going for regular facials and I can really see an improvement in my skin! The staff are lovely and very professional. After visiting the Beyond Medispa I felt that I had to write a review. I found the spa to be so welcoming and the therapists extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am half way through a course in laser hair removal and the results are fantastic already.The next treatment I am having is their vela shape contouring treatment which my friend has had done and was really impressed with it.

I was recommended by a friend who visits Beyond Medispa often and she said that there was service called Velashape that helps to contour and help cellulite.
I was quite aprahensive to begin with so i went for a complimetary consultation just to see what this was all about.
I have lost two stones and i needed firming and toining. After my consultation with one of the wonderful asthecians i decided to go for at least 1 treatment.
After the first treatment i really felt a difference instantly felt slimmer and less bloated. I was told that i needed to have a course of 6 to really see a difference. So i went every week for my celluilte buster.
Now for maintanice i go every month because i love it... its amazing i dont have to go to the gym.....

As a single female approaching 40, I decided it was about time I looked into having some heavy duty anti aging treatments, I was very nervous as I was unsure where to go or what was involved, as you hear a lot of negative press about botox and filler etc, i didn't want to end up looking like Leslie Ash. Or a rabbit caught in the head lights, plus i didn't want anyone (specially at work) knowing I had obviously had something done)
Anyway, I did my research and called around different clinics in London and found most to be very pushy on the phone, not committing to prices and just trying to get me in for consultations with Dr's. In the end I came across Beyond mediSpa, the receptionist was really friendly and gave me load of information and even told me about her personal experience with botox...so I made an appointment later that week for a consultation, from the moment I walked into Beyond Medispa, I felt very much at ease, the female doctor (Preema) was absolutely lovely, she didn't try and pressure me into having any unnecessary work, and she patiently talked me through my options, I decided to go ahead and take her advice and I actually had both Botox in my forehead and wrinkle around my eyes on the actual day. It's been about 2 weeks since I had the treatment and I must say I'm looking pretty good!! So many people have commented on how well I'm looking and my confidence have sword! So much so I'm going back to have some filler put into my lines around my mouth.... I would totally recommend Beyond MediSpa and especially the wonderful Dr Preema

i came to the Medispa in november last year . i was just walking past on the 4th floor when a lovely lady asked me if i would like a free Visia skin analysis.i had a skin analysis and was shown my areas of concern and the areas that i was succeeding on which was great as i didnt have as many problems as i had imagined!,and then i was kindly advised the best course of products and treatments .i ended up with an excellent regime of products, a course of facials and appointments ! Since returning there i have found all the staff there friendly and efficient and would definately recommend them to friends or family.
