I would like to respond to this review. The lady in question, who I will name if necessary, came as a first time visitor to our salon with a £25.00 salon wish credit type card. Her choice of therapy an eyebrow wax and tint. She had been booked in by our junior, all good so far, she arrived and was told that we could wax her brows, but she would need a patch test for the tint, still good so far, oooh but wait, no things are not good. This LADY then was agressive and rude, as she could not have her tint there and then, this is not possible under beauty insurance and a patch test is necessary. This lady then threw the credit card like a frisby at my staff and it hit one of my girls near her eye. This is all on our internal CCTV camera and I am even happy to put in on here, so everyone can see what happened and see the shock and reaction from my 3 girls and one customer who was horrified at this behaviour. The staff were as they always are, welcoming, pleasant and happy, on this day and on her arrival this lady ruined that. I believe we should have recompense for the injury to one of my staff and the LADY'S £25.00 salon wish card, is sat on my desk unredeemed awaiting her collection and apology.
