Filled with natural light and adorned with water fountains, Spa Gaucin is located in the center of the resort and caters to couples. In addition to 18 treatment rooms, it has five couple's suites and a variety of couple's packages. Continuing the resort's Tuscan theme, the Wine Escape package includes a wine bath, and the Mediterranean Meltaway includes an espresso bath; both are complemented by glasses of wine and a cheese plate. Other packages offer private yoga instruction and guided meditation.
A la carte treatments range from traditional massages to Kate Somerville facials. The spa also offers specialized services for brides, including a spa and fitness combo Bridal Boot Camp, and for children. The salon offers hair, nail, and makeup services, and the fitness center has personal training.

Group exercise classes at the spa's fitness center are popular among visitors. Chakra yoga, mat Pilates, kickboxing, and belly dancing are on the schedule, as are guided walks on the beach. Surfing lessons are offered at the Monarch Bay Club, which is accessible via a shuttle from the hotel. There are three swimming pools and eight tennis courts on site. Monarch Beach Golf Links, an 18-hole championship course designed in 1983 by Robert Trent Jones Jr., plays to a par 70 atop dramatic bluffs alongside the ocean. The challenging course has a Tuscan-themed clubhouse, called Club 19, as well as a pro shop.
For children, the Sandcastle Kids Club offers tennis lessons, yoga, seashell collecting, and, of course, sandcastle building.
