I must say, the service was great! I actually will be going back a few more times, till i reach my goal. Just to make sure we are all talking about the same location their walls are gold not purple, and are located on Preston Rd., I highly recomend Marie, she is very professional. I am a very timid/shy; However. Marie and all the staff there made me feel very comfortable. in conclusion, No they might not be THE best but the only one in Dallas; Nevertheless, it actually worked. many people think that all they lost was water weight because they fell wet, assuming they are swetting, but you should know there is not sweatting involved, cold if anything. What you are pushing out is all the toxins. SO cool, you actually get to see all those nasty impurities exitting the body, what they do is place a clear plastic bag on your feet which catches all the toxins your body is pushing out, mine was very cloudy "eew" however, my tech explained how good that ment. JUST GIVE IT A TRY.

I really wonder if this previous reviews are talking about the same place? I visited Body Wrap Salon at Preston rd. my results i loved, i to be honest was skeptical from the start, when i spoke to my Tech, she explained it was no miracle wrap, but that i would see results. We started the process and the attention i received from my tech, i have no complaints.It may not be the best place But the customer service was great. My total inch loss was 13", i was happy, my pants felt better, more than anything i was satisfied because my cellulite looked much better, Well to close this review i would recomend this place to my friends, as a fact i've had 2 friends that has already tried it after me.They liked it.

My friends and I had a few issues with the spa right form the get go. The receptionist scheduled all three of our appointments at the same time, so we all had to wait 15 minutes (the spa was completely dead we were the only clients in the spa at the time) for them to decide how they were going to fix the issue, even though we told her we didn't mind just pick one of us to go first and the others could wait to be wrapped etc.. There was only 1 wrap technician on staff and 2 receptionists. and the staff left us sitting in the relaxation room 30-45 minutes past the time our wraps were supposed to be removed which was rather uncomfortable. The staff seemed to be too busy talking on their cell phones to be concerned about the comfort of their clients.

This was THE BIGGEST WASTE of my time and money...honestly...that I have ever experienced!
They advertise a relaxing, inch loosing, "spa like" experience.
I would do it again if they paid ME $140!!
The place is a dump. They take a $40 deposit from you to "hold your spot" & when you walk in the front door you will know why. They take you in the back and wrap you like a mummy with ace bandages & squirt you with cold water. They put you in this room that is filthy and make you exercise with the bandages on for AN HOUR...the TV is broken so you have to stare at the purple wall. So, after all of that you would hope it would work. NOPE! Jeans fit the same when I got home.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!

The concept of this spa is to rub tightening lotion on you and then put bandage all over you. Great concept, but they leave you in cold wet bandages which is extremely uncomfortable first of all. Second of all, the lotion does not do anything. I went to the Allen location and the staff there are extremely unprofessional. They said they were going to come back in 15 minutes, but it end up being more than 45 minutes while I was wrapped like a burrito. I was freezing and I could not get any service, while laying there helplessly. These people are not trained, I received 0 customer service. There were no other customers when I was there. She basically put two lotions on me and left me wrapped for 2 hours. By the way, I did not see any difference before and after the treatement. What a waste of money.
