    Located along a stretch of white-sand beaches on the Atlantic Coast, just 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale, the Regency Health Resort & Spa promotes the concept of healthy and holistic living. The health resort and spa, housed in a three-story Spanish-style building, introduces guests to the benefits of weight loss and physical fitness through an extensive offering of programs—stress management, juicing and detoxification, and rejuvenation are among those available—and a full-service spa menu. Nutritious vegetarian cuisine is served, and the resort's beautiful oceanfront setting allows guests to rejuvenate with activities such as brisk morning walks in the fresh sea air and Florida sunshine. The property also includes a swimming pool and sauna.

The 3,000-square-foot spa comprises 10 treatment rooms, in addition to a steam room. The spa's menu encompasses a number of therapeutic treatments such as anti-aging facials, mani/pedi services, and body therapies such as salt scrubs and wraps. Massage modalities range from traditional Swedish and deep-tissue services to hot stone, reflexology, myofascial release, anti-cellulite, and European-style lymphatic drainage treatments. The Regency's signature treatment, the Non Surgical Facelift Facial, incorporates pumpkin ingredient exfoliation, peptide amino acids, and an enzyme-lifting treatment, all designed to repair and rebuild the skin.

My face was red and dry after facial

I was here about 3 years ago and I live in the area. I got a facial and the next day my face was red and very dried out. My father is a Dermatologist and had to give me cream to help my skin. I contacted the spa and faxed over a letter and no body would ever return my phone call to assit me. The place is old and the rooms need alot of updating that is why you only see pictures of the beach on their ad and not of the facility. As long as you do not have any high expectations and for a cheap price then you will be ok.

I have been 3 times in the past year and will return next month. I like a 5 day stay. It is very hard to rate this place. It is very unassuming relaxed. I have gone with others and alone. Most people there are return/repeats. Very interesting and diverse group. I feel 10 years younger after a week here. the vegean diet along with lots of exercise is very productive. I have lost 8 to 10 pounds each time I go. Alas, I am not good at home to I return but each time a bit better than before. Has definately helped me adjust to hormonal menapause hell. This is quirkey no frills place. The beach is wonderful. Most of the staff is terrific.

I have been to the Regency 10 times in 4 years. If you are looking for a small place to destress, relax, get into an exercise program, lose weight or just take care of yourself, this is a great spot. Perfect for people who want a place that is comfortable to go to by themselves - you will meet all kinds of people and make friends. It's not fancy by any means, but it's right on the beach.

I have been to this spa at least 5 times. It is a very simple place that is on the ocean in a 50's style hotel with simple accommodations. The staff is wonderful and you get to know the fellow clients. Food and Chef John are the best. A real treat for something you thought you may never try. Great healthy eating classes and gets one back to basics.Don't expect luxury, just good living in simple ways with people from all over. Most people are repeat clients.
