I just visited this spa while in Dallas and it was a pleasurable and fun experience. I received the salt glow scrub and the swedish massage. In between the two services I simply relaxed in their relaxation area. I was almost tempted to get my hair done, but decided to do it on another trip. The scrub felt so good and my therapist was simply wonderful. the ambiance is cool and like Texas, the place is huge!!!

The one thing that always keeps me coming back to this spa is atmosphere. Whether you arrive 5 minutes b/f your spa treatment or 2 hours, Grand Spa will never rush you through your time for pampering. After changing you have the option of taking a vichy shower and afterwards you can relax or snooze in the Ladies Lounge. The lounge is filled with overstuffed chaise lounges and patrons are given microplush blankets to feel more cozy/comfortable. The Hot Stone Massage is the greatest treat! After your treatment you can once more relax as long as you'd like in the lounge....never, ever a bad experience

I went to the Grand Spa for the first time & got a facial and a massage. The staff was very kind & attentive. I also ended up purchasing a few of their facial products (scrub, mask, etc) at the suggestion of the technican that performed my facial. Nice spa.

The is the most relaxing atmosphere in Dallas. The aromatherapy is excellent once you wald behind the double doors. The only thing I found a bit diarming is taht the peson who did ny pedicure was somewhat over zealous. Otherwise, perfect.

I went to this spa, and it was excellent! So serene and when I receive my facial the tech was so knowledgable it was soo relaxing and my pedicure and manicure was done so well. I left with a flier because I wanted to come back.

This is my first time to the Grand Spa, just for a massage. Upon entering, the female staff at the front desk seems unoccupied and really cold. When I was taken back to the Men's area to change, I used the Sauna, which is a great feature, but would only fit maybe two adults, i stepped out with relatively nothing on, to find a female locker attendant staring at me . I asked her to leave, she did. During the massage Renee was great! But, was only about 45 minutes long. Was walked across construction and a bunch of women getting hair treaments, a little uncomfortable. Went back to the locker area to shower and change, and again the female locker attendant was there when I stepped out of the shower. I complained to the front desk, but they really didn't care. Bottom line, I will probably go back to get Renee, as he is good, but not that frequently, and they are on the higer side for massage services.

I visited the spa as a birthday gift to myself for a Deep Cleansing Facial (which is a deep cleansing version of the European Facial) and was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I have been having facials for quite sometime. I know what it feels like to have a good facial - a satisfying experience where you leave the spa feeling relaxed and your face feels clean and is glowing. Basically I spent my money in vain. I did not receive the some of the basic services that were described in Grand Spa's description of facials. European Facial Treatment Excellent for any skin type. Includes refining, steaming, exfoliating and cleansing clogged pores. Followed by a neck, shoulder and facial massage, finishing with the mask suited for your skin type. Completing your package is a hand treatment to leave you feeling serene. Deep Pore Cleansing Facial The perfect facial for congested skin utilizing fruit derived enzymes to prepare the skin for extraction of clogged pores. No refining, no fruit derived enzymes, no face, neck or shoulder massage, no exfoliation and I extracted a couple pimples on my own right in front of the esthetician. I called and complained to Lisa the Manager and after expressing my concerns was asked "So what would you like for me to do for you" I explained to Lisa that it was not so much what I wanted her to do but what she should do for me as a dissatisfied customer. Lisa offered me nothing-not even an apology. Needless to say I will never return to the Grand Spa.
