  • About Spa and Aesthetics at Wellspring

    Located in Woodburn, Oregon, the Spa and Aesthetics Center is situated within the Wellspring Center for Extraordinary Living, in a modern building with a design inspired by nature and highlighted by Asian influences. There are five treatment rooms as well as a discreet lobby and a tiled changing and shower room. All experiences begin in the Gathering Room with a warm neck wrap and foot soak for each client.

    Spa services include massage, wraps, facials and cosmetic enhancements, and foot treatments with aesthetic services such as chemical peels, Botox®, fillers including Restylane®, Perlane®, and Juvéderm™, laser hair reduction, and sclerotherapy. Many services incorporate local product lines such as Servello and Vera Botania as well as LaRoche-Posay, Obagi, and Colorescience mineral makeup products. Spa beauty products are available for purchase, and clients can order food and beverages at Wellspring's Vitality restaurant.

    The spa is affiliated with the Wellspring Center for Extraordinary Living, which provides a variety of facilities and services. At the Wellspring Dermatology & Laser Center, services target conditions such as skin cancer, fungal infections, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, hand dermatitis, eczema, and cosmetic disorders of the skin including hair loss.

    Clients needing physical rehabilitation can receive outpatient services through Wellspring Physical Rehabilitation, which offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, stroke rehabilitation, and pediatric resources. Wellspring Heart is a cardiovascular health program based on research conducted by Dr. Dean Ornish.

    The on-site fitness center is outfitted with resistance and cardiovascular equipment, and free weights and classes are offered on a variety of subjects such as FLOW, Pilates, yoga, and meditation. Staff members are also on hand to assist clients with personal training, private Pilates sessions, and private nutritional counseling.

    Meeting space can be reserved at the Woodlands at Wellspring, a conference and event center.

A great place to treat yourself. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Get on their email list for weekly specials and info on their next evening event. (always a good time and always a list of great specials to purchase)

I was very aprehensive about trying Botox. I'm so glad that I chose to get the treatment done at the Wellspring spa in Woodburn. Julie was very proffessional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her customer service went way above and beyond any other spa I have been to. After my treatment she made several follow up calls to check in on me. If you want the best customer service and experience, this is the spa to go to! Julie is wonderful! I called to schedule an appointment to have filler done and explained I was getting braces soon. Julie called me back to discuss my treatment. She was very informative as well as conservative when it came to my treatment. I am so glad I listened to her recommendation. I now have lips that I love and they don't look funny with the braces! After my appointment I received a letter and follow up call from Julie. I felt like my experience and outcome was important to them. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them.

I had no idea this facility even existed. What a beautiful facility with so much more offered than just a spa. It was like walking into a sanctuary. My massage and facial were excellent. I felt truly cared for and my every need (relaxation, pampering, serenity) was met. My girlfriend and I even had lunch with wine in a private room between services. We were blown away!

Julie Miller, RN, is a certified dermatology nurse as well as a certified medical esthetic practioner. She attended the OHSU School of Nursing.
