Mandara Spa's decor incorporates tropical Balinese and Hawaiian influences in the furniture, treatment menu, and the ambience of the spa and salon. There are seven treatment rooms including private and couple's rooms in this 5,750-square-foot facility, as well as women's and men's lounges, a relaxation area, steam room, lockers, showers, and a full-service salon.

Therapies include facials, body treatments, massage, and salon treatments such as hair, makeup, and nail services. Signature spa treatments include the Miracle Micro-Therapy, the only microdermabrasion system that uses natural baking soda crystals with a high-speed buffer, and the Elemis Aroma Spa Seaweed Massage, which begins with a warm seaweed body mask, followed by a soothing scalp massage. My husband sent me to the spa on the last day of our vacation. The massage was wonderful. Thank you, Lori, for taking such good care of me. The facilities were peaceful and relaxing. I liked the intimate atmosphere, the comfy robe, and the steam room.

Very small, in the basement with no windows, 3 magazines, only water offered and your wallet will be screaming alongside your conscience for thinking this was a good idea. The only bright spot was my massage therapist who was very sweet and gave me lotion for my sunburn. The girl who did my facial did no assessment of my skin except to tell me that the service I chose promoted breakouts so I should get another service and it costs more. I has mask on my skin and hair and was only on the table for 30 min max. This was the worst note to end our trip on.

The morning of my wedding my fiance and I got a couple message and then after lunch I came back for my hair and make-up. Everything was woderful and I loved my hair and Make-up ...I just told the lady my ideal look and she created it for me. Plus I cashed in my awards points from my credit card on Spa finder and received $250 worth of credit!! I was very happy with everything and would definitely go back again! Plus the price that was quoted to me included tip which I didn't realized until I was there so I when I received my total I was pleasantly surprised.

I went to this spa last year for my birthday as a gift from my boyfriend and it was the most disppointing experience ever. The service was extremely poor, the staff did little to attend to my requests. I felt ignored, as if I was not good enough to be in the spa. I had a massage and facial, both of which were of barely adequate quality. I would not attend again.
