Literally could not wait to have a nice relaxing massage after working for many days straight. The facility is clean, the massage therapist was really sweet however the entire time they sell their products like you're at the salon having your hair done. Ridiculous to pay that much for a non-relaxing massage. To be talked to and sold the entire time I had my message was distracting, I wanted to leave feeling refreshed and instead I left feeling completely taken. Also, the 50 minute message included the wait time to be called to the room which was almost 15 minutes. I didn't key into this until I was already dressed. They'll also have all the products they used on you already set out for you to purchase during the check out process. No one asked how my appointment was because I expected them to ask. As I was ready to walk away I told them how unhappy I was with the service, the sales pitch and their overall attitude. They then asked if I wanted to fill out a comment card. No apology, I do believe they get away with this since their clientele would be more transient. Save your money and get a massage at the airport, it would be better money spent for what you would expect.

Overall a good experience. I went with 3 friends and we had booked online. There were no problems checking in and we were warmly welcomed. We were ushered in after a short wait, given robes and sandals and shown to the locker room. We were each given lockers with combination locks. The treatment was excellent, very professional and was not rushed. The treatment included a shower in a private room and again, we were encouraged not to rush. Afterwards we were invited to use the spa facilities at our leisure. Overall experience was very good. Cons would be no hair straightners available, and the slip covers on the seating in the waiting area were filthy. They should take more care to have this initial introduction to their spa be more clean as it left us a little leary as to what the rest of the spa was going to be like.

I would recommend this spa to those who would like to relax in the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. The welcoming customer service began on the phone prior to traveling to the city. I scheduled 2 massages the morning of my friend's wedding, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the service. We were able to ask all of our questions and had all answered to our satisfaction. I got a Swedish massage, and she got a hot stone massage and we were both very pleased. Prior to the massage, we spent time in the facilities, the jacuzzi and steam room. After, we spent time in the lounge, and we were able to truly relax before the big day. The service was excellent, and I have no complaints. We were also able to use the facilities later in the day after the wedding. I highly recommend this spa if traveling to Vegas.

We, my husband and I had a great experience. It was his first time have a hot stone massage, and he ready to go back. My massage therapist was friendly, yet didn't talk throughout the entire massage. It was a very relaxing, enjoyable experience.

BAD HAIR AND MAKE-UP

Don't go here for your hair and makeup. I was going to a wedding and asked for my hair to have long loose curls and the stylist gave me tight curls that looked horrible. While getting my makeup done the Makeup person ran out of mascara and didn't open a new one. I had asked to have my eyelashes curled and she said that they lost the sponge from the eyelash curler, so she couldn't do it and she made it sound like this happened a long time ago. I was thinking to myself "Sephora is downstairs, why not spend 10 bucks and buy another one". She did a horrible job on my makeup as well. Little to no Mascara, bad foundation and she didn't have a clue how to put on eyemakeup. I paid $135 for horrible hair and $75 for horrible makeup. I will never be going there again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my hot stone massage. My therapist listens to what I like and react accordingly. Was not able to enjoy all the ammenities since I had one of their late appointments. The facility looks a little tired though. Will definitely come back.
