    Sana Vida Wellness Spa & Tea Bar features a 3,000-square-foot wellness spa , and six large treatment rooms decorated with a modern Asian flair. Classes are held in a studio, which incorporates bamboo flooring, high ceilings, and strategically placed windows to maximize outdoor views. Clients can browse retail items at the Market, where they might find products such as yoga accessories, and aromatherapy products, and unwind with a cup of tea at the tea bar. Dressing rooms, bathrooms, and a reception area are also available for client use. Services include bodywork and massage, acupuncture, Ayurvedic therapy, body scrubs and wraps, restorative skin care, reflexology, barefoot shiatsu, steams, body talk therapy, and nutritional counseling. Weekly classes cover a variety of topics such as yoga, drumming, sensual dance, and pain and weight management, and three times a year the spa holds a Yoga Spa Retreat Weekend.

This spa has absolutely everything (Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Yoga, Massage, Beauty, Tea & Good Food)! What more could you ask for? They offer all of this and still manage to keep prices wonderfully reasonable. The treatment rooms are a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The practitioners are wonderfully qualified and are some of the best I have ever had. They are warm and kind and go out of their way to make you comfortable and treat you to a wonderful experience. As for yoga, they offer a variety of classes to meet the needs of any individual. This place could be called a sanctuary. I would rate it better than most of the luxury spas one finds in New York and California, or the general area. If you are looking for the best of the best, this is the place to go!
