About Victoria Park Medispa
Located in Westmount, Quebec, Canada, Victoria Park Spa and Medispa are part of Victoria Park, an urban health, fitness and wellness facility featuring a number of amenities, including, but not limited to, a salon and physiotherapy center. At Victoria Park clients can work out at the health club with views of Mount-Royal, take a variety of classes such as Budakon, ballet bodies, yoga, and mat Pilates, enjoy meals at a gourmet café, and shop in the cosmetics boutique.
The facilities for both the spa and medispa, where treatments are performed, are each separate entities within Victoria Park, enabling privacy for clients receiving services. The medispa is designed to evoke the feel of a boutique hotel and is fitted with private suites. At the spa, a patio is stocked with tea and reading materials where clients can relax before treatments. The spa's private treatment rooms have heated massage beds, and clients select their own music and scented oil before the treatment starts. Other extras include showers and a thermal circuit (sauna, steam room, and cold room.)
Spa offerings include massage therapies, sponge tanning, a range of "Fantastic" facials, makeup applications and lessons, lash and brow tinting, manicures and pedicures (gel-based is available as well), and hair removal. A range of services is also targeted to men, expectant mothers, and couples, and clients can add-on peels and masks to services.
Medispa services include laser hair removal, body firming treatments, skin firming treatments, skin tightening and other skin-care services, deep exfoliation treatments, Botox®, Restylane®, Juvéderm™, Esthélis fillers, and growth removal via cautery and excision. In addition, services tailored to men and treating acne (Blu-U Light Therapy) are also available.
All medical treatments are performed by plastic surgeons and cosmetic dermatologists, and consultations are offered for many services.

Hi Klai, We are sorry to hear about your experience. Like many acne treatments, we have to make the situation a bit worse before it gets better. Bringing everything to the surface is normal. You need to keep treating at that point so your pores do not reabsorb any bacteria or oil. Again, we are sorry that the treatment protocol and results were not clear for you. We would be happy to offer you a different treatment to minimize any problems, without necessarily going as deep as Isolaz. We have had incredible results with Isolaz combined with at-home care. Before and after pictures are available. Sincerely, The Victoria Park Team
