Elements Therapeutic Massage wants to provide relief to "people of all ages-from infants to seniors and from all walks of life-from the weekend warriors to the competitive athlete, from the home gardener to the overstressed executive." The 1,600-square-foot spa is located Boca Raton, Florida, has seven treatment rooms and is decorated in natural, earth tones meant to convey a relaxing environment. The spa specializes in the treatment of neck and back pain, headaches, sports injuries, and stress reduction and offers full-body massages in increments of 55- and 85-minutes. Treatments are customized for each client and may include elements of Swedish, deep-tissue, trigger-point, hot stone, and sports massage. After each treatment, clients receive a complimentary bottle of water. The spa believes that everyone deserves to take care of their mind, body, and spirit and strives to provide clients with therapeutic massages at affordable prices.

I have recently move to Boca Raton and tried many different spas and i finally found my favorite.I became a Wellness Program Member at Elements after only one visit. my first message was with AMY she is great with Swedish message. She also did other great techniques to help my upper back and legs. i had knots and cramps all over and i felt GREAT after the message. she is an excellent therapist. The Spa is spotless and clean it even smells delicious. it is such a joy to come in as often as i do. To be welcomed by their friendly receptionist and messaged by even greater therapist!

I received a massage from GIGI and she was really good. Just came out of massage school, but wow, felt like she has been doing it forever. A very small girl, but very strong hands.
Joined the wellness program yesterday, which I feel is an awesome membership.
Cost nothing to join and im not stuck for a year cause it goes just month to month.
Cant wait to go back next month.

I made an appointment after getting a gift card. The massage rooms are very clean, Debbie, my therapist, was wonderful, and I got a bottle of water at the end. But, and it's a big but, the man in the front (I think he's the owner) was pushing very hard to sell the monthly membership plan. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be coming back because of it. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is that the massage was excellent.

When I walked in the door, I was greeted and immediately felt comfortable! The environment is warm and inviting. I had a 55 minute massage with Bonne, who asked me exactly what I was looking for, and she delivered. She took care of my neck problems and when I walked out, my headache was gone. Again, when I checked out, they asked how everything was and I booked my next appointment. I can't wait to come back! It was a great way start to my weekend.

I was referred here by a good friend of mine who has massages there monthly. I was having some back and neck pain so I thought I'd give Elements a try. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Christine at the front desk. My massage therapist was Faye. She was excellent ! She concentrated on the areas that were bothering me. I could have stayed an extra hour, it was a fabulous massage! I'm now on their monthly plan. I highly recommend this massage studio.

When it comes to massage i am what you call picky. I myself am a massage therapist so i know exactly what i want in a massage, but at the same time i want to be surprised and shown something different. The first time i went to the Boca Elements I had Lisa. Loved her! I could actually feel each knot release as she went. I have since gone back and had Justin, Katia, Miguel, and Jennifer. Each one gave me what it was i was looking for, but gave me something different and unique too. I am now a therapist who has found MY place!

I had an amazing massage massage with Faye. I like a deep tissue sports massage and she was great. I work out a lot so muscles get very sore and tight. She did some incredible partner stretches that really loosen up my hamstrings and lower back. Best deep tissue in Boca.

My therapist asked me what my troubles were when I walked in and she addressed those issues. I also felt much more relaxed when I left. This was my first visit to Elements, I was referred by a friend of mine who goes there often. The front desk staff was curteous and actually greeted me by name when I walked in. My therapist was Vanessa. The massage was amazing, I felt that an hour was almost too short ! They have great heated tables, with soft linens. You must give them a try !! Don't waste your time with this facility. It is not a spa it's comparable to massage envy. I booked an 80 minute massage only to get 55 minutes and get charged for 80 minutes! I did not realize the time until I got to my car and looked at the clock. When I went back I did get the difference back but the woman at the front desk (I think her name is Christine) had no idea what she was doing and the owner was too busy getting his own massage. Instead of leaving relaxed I was stressed and aggravated! Obviously the owner doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I won't be back and I made sure to tell everyone my experience.

I heard about Elements through a friend of mine who is a member there. When I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff. After filling out the necessary paperwork, I was asked if I'd like a bottle of water and a warm lavender towel which I thought was a very thoughtful touch to their service. My massage therapist Miguel introduced himself and walked me back to the room. He was professional and courteous. The massage was amazing ! I had been suffering from a neck pain for a couple of days, and after the massage the pain was completely gone ! I joined as a member that day, and am looking very forward to my monthly massages. This is an all around fantastic studio, with a wonderful staff !!

I visited Elements a couple of weeks ago to get a good deep tissue massage. The minute I walked through the front door, I already felt relaxed. There was a wonderful ambiance and really genuine service and care from the owner of Elements, Michael Church, as well as the front desk receptionist, which added a lot to my experience there. Katia was my massage therapist and she made it very comfortable for me to explain exactly what I expected from the massage, and she understood me perfectly, which lead to an unbelievable massage. I highly recommend Element Therapeutic Massage in Boca, you won't regret it. Even if it is a little bit of a drive to get there, it is well worth it. A lot of people get massages, but if you want an incredible massage experience, then visit Elements in Boca.

My experience at Elements was awesome. The place is decorated beautiful and clean and that really helped me get relaxed for my massage. The staff was very knowledgable and professional. Aweful Front Desk Man Wonderful MassageBy bobs | July 16, 2010
Although the lobby of the spa was very peaceful and pretty, the man at the front desk in completely pushy and did not seem to know much about what he was talking about. After being bombarded at the front desk I was greeted by a kind massage therapist named Danielle. She knew what she was talking about and made me feel very comfortable. She was able to pin point all of my problem areas with out me having to tell her where I was hurting and by the time I left I felt better than I had in a long time. When I walked out of the room she was there to greet me with a cold bottle of water and walked me to the front where the pushy front man was waiting to make his sales pitch again. If the massage was not the best massage I had ever had I would avoid this place like the plague.

This was my first time to an elements spa. I must say I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff. The front desk person Robin greeted me with a warm smile and a lavender scented hot towel (nice touch). I had a male therapist named Trent and he was fabulous. I had never had a male massage therapist before, but he made me feel very comfortable with his professional demeanor and touch. I especially liked the Lomi Lomi strokes he did on my back and legs, very relaxing. I signed up to become a member and I can't wait till my next massage with Trent in two weeks.

As a person with chronic migraines, headaches, and neck and shoulder pain, a good massage is crucial for allowing my body to function on a normal basis. I recently went to elements in boca and experienced an unbelievable massage! I have NOT had pain since, and for there to be a day that goes by with no pain is outstanding! Thank you elements for providing me with the therapeutic care I need to get by. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from chronic pain the same way I do! You will not be unhappy :-)

I didn't realize how much I needed massage until I went to Elements in Boca. I was given a Gift Certificate but never made time to go. I always thought massage was JUST a luxury. Wow did they change my mind! There was such a balance of therapeutic massage, and relaxation that I realized how necessary it is for my well-being. When you combine the warmth of the gracious staff with the beautiful atmosphere, it makes for an amazing experience! I have had back surgery and was skeptical about someone working on my back. Now I am not only convinced I NEED the massage therapy, but I've made it a part of my monthly routine to help me feel better and live a better, healthier life! I've made the time in my schedule AND my budget so I can continue going to ELEMENTS! I became a Monthly Member and think it's the best part of my budget ever!! I had received a coupon for $20 off my first visit in the mail so I decided to go in and give it a try. When I got there I was greeted by a very friendly staff. When I got to the massage room I was pleasantly surprised by the heated table, dim atmosphere, and relaxing music. Danielle, my massage therapist, is so sweet and has such soft hands but boy is she strong! I didnt even need to tell her my upper back was in a lot of pain, she found the knots and worked them out! Over all I was very happy with my experience at Elements, when I go back down to my Florida home next year it will be the first place I go!

I was in Boca on vacation for a few days when I saw the sign for Elements. I walked in to find out some more information about their services and I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. Robin knew exactly the massage I was looking for and which therapist best suited my needs. They were able to get me an appointment right then! My therapist, Melissa, gave me the most relaxing massage I've ever had while still working out my "kinks"! The whole experience from the time I walked in till the time I left was fabulous. Next time I visit Boca again I will definitely be going back to Elements!

Everything was perfect - the atmosphere is warm and cozy, I was given bottled water after the massage, there was a mint on the table when I entered the room, the spa was immaculate, the music was soothing and at the right level ( not too loud like some places), Catherine, my massage therapist, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. This was a very pleasant experience overall. I found the front desk receptionist to be very professional and polite.
The massage therapist came out to the front to greet me with a smile and escort me to the room. She asked pertinent questions and offered a very relaxing masssage. I scheduled another appointment and was given a refer a friend discount card. I recommend this spa.
