I was instantly greeted upon walking through the door by friendly staff. I was checked in, offered a beverage, offered to have someone take my coat and was shown to my own change room! There were personal lockers with fuzzy robes and new sandals. I had an amazing 90 minute massage with a registered massage therapist and was offered a complimentary steam and shower following my massage. The change rooms had everything you could need: shampoo, conditioner, towels, individual toothbrush and tooth paste etc... My overall experience was amazing and the spa atmosphere was total bliss. I felt so calm and relaxed after my time spent there and I will be back very soon! Best spa I've been to!

Never again will I deal with this place. The supervisor is impossible to get a hold of. I left her many messages voice mails and emails, and I never heard back. It ruined my weekend plans with friends. I am actually so furious about it, I'll be making a complaint to the Hotel owner as well and good luck to anyone trying to book in for a massage.

I travel a lot and try to visit as many spa's as I can. This one was special, and I highly recommend you visit. I had a facial and pedicure. The girl spoke calmly to me and taught me about my skin, things I didnt even know! My skin felt like years had been washed away and I felt clean and comfortable. I continue to care for my skin the way she suggested and I have noticed a complete difference (so have my friends and family!) The massage was perfect!
Most of the time when I get a pedicure the girl will chat my head off. 'Jessica' left me to relax in one of those massaging chairs, and I got to catch up on my reading. I felt so taken care of that I could even close my eyes and not worry about anything. My feet were clean and healthy when she was done. I cant wait to visit Solace again! Thankyou 'Jessica'.
The only thing I didn't like about the place was the polish selection was quite poor.

I was at the spa last week, I was very impressed from the moment i walked in, the front end girl who was working in the day was very nice and welcoming, Then i was handed off to a girl who gave me a great facial i loved everything about it. Everything was great i was interested in some of the product that was used on me during the facial. I just about had a heart attack when i seen the price's on the comfort zone, I don't know who is in charge of pricing, but i seriously think they should consider what city this is RED DEER!!! no one is gonna pay that much for product. I well return i was very happy, staff knowlegable and freindly. But i think the owners need to do some research on the type of city we are in and what kinda clientel we have.It's not Vancouver, Vegas, Toronto.

I came in for a facial, and i loved it the girl who did it was very nice and knew lot's about the prouduct , She has been there for a long time. I have re-booked and continue to re-book, i was very happy.

This was my first visit to an actual spa, it was amazing! i had a facial done by a young lady named Brandy it was great, the rooms were super comfortable. My second service was a pedicure with parafin done by another girl named Fallon, it was perfect, and the massge chairs really added to the experience.
I will most definately return.

This is such and immaculate spa with very high end product lines such as Eminence Skin Care, this was used for my facial and Body wrap.... it smelled amazing and as i found out it is compleatly organic! I also had a make up application and the product that they used was Jane Iredale Mineral make up, it was wonderful it felt weightless. In fact i bought some for home use.
The ambiance of tht spa was second to none there is a waterfal wall that is soothing and relaxing. Truly wonderful.
I found the staff very knowlegeable and professional, they sent me home with a home care regimen to maintain my services, the spa was very clean and and i felt very comfortable there. I will defiantley be back for regular services.
