Services
Spa Atlantis is a 30,000-square-feet complex, complete with a full-service salon, cardio theater and fitness center, retail therapy, and 15 treatment rooms, including couple's suites. Natural stone decor and soothing water features provide a Zen-like ambience. Additional amenities include Rasul chambers, laconium relaxation and brine inhalation-light therapy lounges, and an aqua spa lounge, where guests may alternate among Jacuzzi pools with varying temperatures, a cold plunge, and experience shower. Before or after therapies, guests can unwind in the men's and women's tea lounges; separate locker areas also feature herbal steam and cedar-wood saunas.
Services include body wraps, facials, massage, sugar and salt scrubs, and hydrotherapy rituals. The signature Pantai Luar® is an 80-minute treatment combining massage techniques inspired from eastern Asia with the use of heated sachets filled with herbs, coconut and lime. A wide array of couple's treatments is offered, as well as custom bridal packages.

I've been to the Atlantis's spa once before, and I have another visit scheduled later this month. To say I was shocked when I walked in the doors would be an understatement. I was literally speechless at the pure opulence. They have all these amazing rooms with different restorative qualities, and they are all beautiful. One of my favorite features was the super cool rainforest shower that simulates different environments. I spent the first two hours experiencing the facilities, and then I got the Cleopatra's Milk and Honey treatment. It was a dream. Floating weightlessly in the special bed was unlike anything I've ever experienced. As a single mom, my pampering time comes far and few between. This was worth every penny. I recommend arriving at least 2-3 hours early to take advantage of all the amenities and explore everything they have to offer. Have fun!

I had actually been to the Atlantis Spa a couple times before my most recent and LAST trip there. I booked three facials for me and my sisters before my wedding and was very excited for some stress free time.
When I arrived, they only had two appointments. The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude about it and basically looked at me as I started to panic and said "There are only enough spots for the two of you. We can't do anything about it" She didn't apologize (even though I know I gave them three names since I spelled them). I was so incredibly upset that my morning of zen was quickly unraveling and (I'm a little embarrassed to admit) I broke down in tears. The front desk girl looked at me and said "Are you ready to go back?" WHY would you say that to someone who is obviously upset. Again, she showed a complete lack of compassion and didn't appear to be willing to help me at all with THEIR booking problem. I told her no, I wasn't really feeling a spa day if one of my sisters couldn't make it and she went to get a manager. She said they were trying to call in a facialist and said I needed to go to the locker room and get ready because I had to use my appointments. It was awful, worst customer service.

Have been to Ojai, La Costa, Arizona spas and other well known spas..As they are all wonderful I was EXTREMELY surprised and delighted at the Atlantis Spa..I live in Reno & have been several times with EACH time the experience is perfect! Facility & ammenities are wonderful, therepists and staff are very friendly..my favorite time is just sitting in the locker rooms sipping teas, and relaxing in the sauna or napping in the "salt room".
By far my FAVORITE spa & its close to home!

I've been to this spa several times already and each time I have nothing to complain about. The amenities are awesome. Just being in the locker room alone is an experience as they provide clean showers, shower extras, saunas, etc. I've had several therapists work on me and each one has been great. The only complaint I may have had was when they decided to reschedule my couples massage even though we were dressed for service already. The spa apologized and even gave us the massage service for free just by agreeing to go a different day. Free massage - no complaints! You will have a nice relaxing time at this spa guaranteed. I do recommend bringing a guest - friend, family etc. There's so much to explore that you'd have more fun enjoying the amenities with someone! You will not regret treating yourself to a nice relaxing time at this spa!

I treated my friend and I to a spa day to thank her for throwing me two baby showers. I had $200 worth of spa finder gift certificates and I was able to use all of them. The payment process with the spa finder gift certificates did take a little bit longer because the girl who rang us up had not done it before but she and the other employee who helped her were both very pleasant. Every employee that I interacted with had a smile on their face.
I had a prenatal massage and a pedicure. Both were AMAZING. Also, the Atlantis has so many great relaxation rooms and other spa facilities that even just getting a day pass would be fantastic. There is bottled water and flavored water all over the spa. They have fun different flavors of water I had never tried before. They also have an experience shower that plays sounds like a rainforest or waterfall, just to name a couple. The ladies facility is amazing also. They have disposable razors, shaving cream, shampoo, deodorant, you name it. The showers are luxurious....well the entire spa is luxurious actually.
I have since had my baby and plan on treating myself to another massage in the next few weeks.

Customer Beware: Had nothing but trouble utilizing Spa Finder Gift Certificate. Ended up paying out of pocket. Atlantis blamed Spa Finder and Spa Finder was called and clearly the issue was with the Atlantis. While the facilities are very nice, thinking you are utilizing a gift certification for a couple hundred dollars to come and find out they will only take your personal credit card, did not end the day with a smile!...Bummer.

I am a Reno NV resident who only discovered the benifits of massage and spa within the last few years. I have tried many area spas including most of the local casinos and have always wished I was at Spa Atlantis. The amenities alone keep me coming back on a regular basis. If i can't afford to splurge on a full treatment then I get a day pass just to relax and get away for a few hours. Every treatment from the signature services to the basic massage has been an experience to remember. The staff is amazing; from the consierge desk to the therapists I have yet to see an employee without a smile or a helpful attitude. And the atmosphere at Spa Atlantis is one of overall relaxation and general well being. I would highly recommend Spa Atlantis to anyone and everyone!!!

I visited from Colorado to have a Sea Spa Wrap. I loved the floating table. I have never experienced a treatment like this before. My Massage Therapist was very professional and knowledgable. I forgot her name, but she had very long dark hair. I will definently visit again on my next trip to Reno.

My wife and I visited the Spa several weeks ago and we were totally impressed by the decor and amenities. I've had massages before, but never in such a beautiful and relaxing environment
This was my wife's first massage and she was somewhat anxious. The staff put her at ease and we enjoyed a wonderful experience together. In fact, her enthusiasm rubbed off on others when she returned home. Last week she brought seven other ladies for spa treatments. All felt the day exceeded their expectations. Now they have become ambassadors for the Spa Atlantis.

I went to Reno to celebrate a friends Dad's 70th Birthday. We stayed at the Atlantis and was pleasantly suprised with rooms. We were checked into the "spa floo" which is the floor the spa was located on. I had not scheudled any services but decided to pay the $45 fee to use the facilities for the day. The spa was unbelievable. I was amazed at how nice all the ammenities were. I found out they had just recently renovated and a good chunk of the $$ spent was on the spa. They have some of the most unique rooms, relaxation, sauna, steam that I have experienced in a spa. The jacuzzi area was wonderful as it had windows all over and gave you the feel of being outside even though you were not. Looking over the price/menu for their services, I wish I had booked a 25 minute massage for just $60..only $15 more than what I spent on the daily fee. Their prices for all other services were reasonable compared to other spas I have been to and considering the ammenities they offer, well worth it. Whether you live in the area or are visiting Reno, I highly recommend the spa at the Atlantis.

Called when Spa opened. Reception was very welcoming, invited me to take a tour. Very impressed by the overall beauty & natural feel of the spa. Staff very down to earth & professional. Had the hot rock massage from Karen, who makes you feel relaxed. Very patient when I asked questions. After the treatment, I was free to roam the sensational surroundings & was checked on throughout the day to see if I was comfortable & could find everything.
Spa is massive, I felt I might need a map, however with the great assistance from the staff, I felt right at home. When I arrived for a second treatment, the receptionist Charles recognized me, I felt very welcomed. And met clients from the other day. That to me is a true testament of a wonderful spa treatment

I won a free facial from a local radio station, and luckily I discovered one of the nicest spas I've ever been to. I'm kind of a spa junkie, and have been to spas all over the country. I never expected the spa at the Atlantis to be so contemporary and luxurious! You can relax there the whole day. This was a great advertising idea, because I've told so many people about my great experience there. The facilities are new, huge, and extremely pampering. The facial was wonderful, and I'm looking forward to going there again! Thank goodness they accept the Spa Finder certificates!
