Etched into the property's surrounding rock formations, the Sanctuary Spa is an underground grotto featuring a brine pool, brine pool, hot and cold plunges, a sauna, and a Rasul chamber. In the 11 treatment rooms, guests can indulge in massage services, body wraps and scrubs, and hydrotherapy rituals, many of which are inspired by the indigenous fynbos flora. Hammocks are set up throughout the hotel's gardens, ideal for a mid-afternoon nap; those up to the challenge can hike or jog various park trails of the nearby Table Mountain National Park.
