One of the region's largest thalassotherapy centers in the region, the 7,500-square meter, 65-treatment-room spa features multiple pools, a variety of hydrotherapies, seaweed wraps, underwater massage and beauty care. The spa's signature treatment is the 90 minute Royal Thai Massage.

On-site restaurants include Dunes, which treats guests to panoramic views of the golf course and sea while they enjoy a themed buffet. Spikes Bar is just off the golf course's 18th green and offers à la carte lunch, and L'Albatros is an elegant restaurant with à la carte dinner in a fine-dining atmosphere. The spa features two heated pools, and the hotel has a 200-square-meter fitness center with Power Plate and Technogym equipment. Personal training is available, as are classes in water aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and stretching.
Other on-site activities include fishing, golf, tennis (on four lighted clay courts), and squash (two courts). With the House Reef and Soma Bay just outside the hotel, snorkeling, scuba excursions, scuba certification, kite surfing, windsurfing, and waterskiing are all ways guests can explore the Red Sea.
