About Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque Resort
Reminiscent of a traditional Spanish village, the Gran Hotel Bahía del Duque Resort borders the bay shores of the Playa del Duque in Adeje, along the southern part of Tenerife Island.
Encompassing 20 buildings, the hotel, designed in a 19th-century Canarian architectural style, has created a quaint, community setting, surrounded by 16 acres of exotic vegetation like fruit trees, Indian laurels, dragon trees, and jacarandas. Treatment Menu
Tucked away amid a rock canyon and surrounded by palm trees, the Spa Bahía del Duque embraces its natural surroundings in both decor and spa treatments. Interiors use Tenerifian materials such as Tosca lava stone, woven grasses, and natural woods, while exotic fragrances of jasmine, bougainvillea, and lemon waft through the air. Of the 32 treatment rooms, five are open-air cabanas set among saltwater pools and soothing waterfalls; there are also two Spa Suites, one of which is reserved for couples. The spa's outdoor thalassotherapy circuit is surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation.
ESPA-inspired spa treatments combine European and Eastern techniques and utilize indigenous elements from the Canary Islands such as aloe vera, volcanic stones, and marine extracts. Between services, guests can relax in outdoor relaxation areas, shaded by palm trees.
