It's All About ME! wants to inspire men and women to focus on the importance of their well-being by providing the tools and resources needed to achieve their wellness goals and customized care regimens. The 1,000-square-foot spa has three uniquely decorated treatment rooms that feature a music unit with a wide variety of soft music selections that can be adjusted by the therapist. There is also a reception area decorated in gold and baby blue. All services are tailored to each client's needs and preferences, and include massage, body treatments, body wraps and exfoliating treatments, low-force chiropractic care, facials, and waxing. The spa also hosts parties and classes on topics such as belly dancing, reiki, and aromatherapy.Location

I have now completed 4 massage sessions and after the first, I was easily 65% better. I have tolerated a pinched nerve in my neck, affecting my hands for at lest 5 months. Stella is fabulous!
She is extremely knowledgeable about our bodies and our integrated systems. She coaches in meditation, relaxation and proper breathing techniques. Also, there is a spiritual side so it is a completely comprehensive.
I'm coming a long way and know that this is the wisest investment I have made in my life.
I recommend it to those who need to have an improved quality of life. With so many daily stresses in our lives, the spa is a welcome relief.

I went to All about me for the very first time last evening after work; didn't know what to expect... Ms. Marie suprised me with the best full body massage ever! It's so relaxing and thorough. I call it a wonderful and honest business practice. I will tell my friends to go there and of course, I myself will return to Ms Marie for another round of full body massage shortly.

So off in it's own I had a hard time finding it, but I loved it!! The gals are so down to earth and sweet I felt at home right away. I made a same day appointment thru Spa Finders and had no problems booking. They're located in the same building as the Debtal office and Spa/hot tub place! Literally, the same door and locationas the dental office! I got lost but, not a big issue. I actually love the location! You've got to try this place! So down to earth and not super "foo-foo"joint with great prices and location. When they say 1002 S. El Dorado, They meam that exactly! Just go into the Dentists office entrance and you'll see the "All about me" printed on the door. I will go there again!
