I had a gift card and I am a bit keptical about facilals. I hve had facilals in a few of the high end spacs in NJ but haven;t beeb pleased-so not what I am used to! But I found Christine to be an expert and by skin looks great . Thank you!!!

I wish I read the reviews before I went there. They were very pleasant over the phone then I arrived and the esthetician came running out grabbed my form and rushed me to the back. The whole facial felt rushed and I saw no difference in my skin. I really wish spa finder would have something in place to make up for such a horrible expereince.

I had my appointment set up for two weeks in advance,but was called three days before my appt asking me to push my appt back to accommodate someone else. I got my pedicure done very hastily (I was now the last appt) there were smudges on the toes and she did not fix them. The manicure was even worst as she herself smudged it twice and had to fix. She kept talking to the other co-workers and customers instead of talking with her client. Thy were shutting down the place as I was still there - I felt rushed and unwelcome. Although they were ones to change my appt to accommodate a large group of girls in one sitting. I used a spa finder gift card and they could not figure out how to give me back the money that I did not spend - so they just marked it down on a card for me as a credit. So basically my bad pedi/mani cost more than it should since I am not going back...

While at the Jersey Shore I found a jewel by the sea... "Spa at Avon." My total experience was one of blissful pleasure with services comparable to Day Spas of New York's 5th Avenue. I highly recommend booking a facial with Christine, my skin looked and felt ten years younger. I also had a spa manicure and pedicure which was also luxurious. I purchased three more gift certificates.

went to the N.J. Shore for the weekend stayed at a B and B in town. they told me that I could go to the Spa at Avon to get some spa service done .Met the owner Lori and Chris, what lovely woman.Chris gave me such a great facial!!!
It was such a pleasure to experience first rate professional services.

Like Cheryl I found the Spa to be attractive and clean, however my nails were not ok. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and the owner Christine worked on me. In the hour and a half it took to get both services she non stop talked about her weight problem (while she ate !) and her ex husband. Plus she answered her blasting cell phone twice always saying she needed to take it to then get off and tell me it was her grown daughter and all of her problems. It was overall very unprofessional, my toes and nails looked half done at best but I just wanted to leave. I would not really call this place a spa its more of a corner nail salon.

I thought the salon was very attractive and clean. As far as my nails, they were just ok. I had acrylics filled in with a gel overlay. They could have done a better job, but I mot likely will give it a second try.

I had one of the best facials I have ever had at this spa. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is clean and professional but welcoming and friendly. I have recommended it to a number of friends who have also enjoyed the services offered. Great for manicures and waxing and a pure treat for facials and massages...don't miss this spa!!! Its always a wonderful experience from start to finish.

This is a great spa in the middle of a small town on the the Jeresy Shore. They do nails, waxing, make-up, and massage. Basically everything, but hair. The staff is extremely friendly and they do great work. INot only do they offer you homemade baked goods and coffee upon your arrival, but their service is always served with a smile. If you are in the mood for a mani/pedi I would definitely recommend this spa. They offer spa quality services at competetive prices. Take it from me, you have to visit this spa and find out yourself how great this place really is.

I had a manicure pedicure and massage. Finally avon has a full service spa. The staff were so sweet the owner Chrissy did my main/pedi and Jessica gave me a great hot stone massage. I'm going back next week for a chemical peel. Thank you Spa at Avon
