I have been a three time client of Color Room & Spa - and on a service experience they did a fantastic job. However, my last time going, I went in to ask for a color and cut service to be done on my hair. Somehow between start to finish an extra $110 (total was $240) was tacked onto my bill for color services that I was not made aware of would cost extra and not included in what I had asked for. While the job completed looked fantastic, it certainly was not an extra $110 of fantastic given that I have friends with similarly looking styles from other salons for much much less (actually for what I originally expected to pay). Their website states that every single service price is solely a "beginning price and subject to change" - and that is because they use it as an excuse to charge clients extra without being liable. How they can use a starting price and raise it $110 is beyond my understanding. I would be careful when you go there and make sure you know WHAT you are paying for and HOW MUCH you are being charged because you don't want to end up with a ridiculously large sum on your credit card. The owner stated to me (after I spent the $240 there) that my hair color was a gift at that price... Some "gift."

Love this place!!!!
This salon is amazing... I would not dream of going anywhere else. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Also, love the boutique they have.

I received a gift card to "the color room" for my birthday for mani/ padi.Upon my arrival there and with an app. I waited 40 min to be seen. Finally, after they called me back in I explained to the girl I wanted a pedi with mani and liked to get a flower design on my big toe. The girl, took forever to paint my toes and the flower design looked awful, nothing like a simple flower should,so she called another girl to paint a flower again and they had to start all over again! They made a big deal out of it and acted like I wanted a pink elephant painted on my toes! I don't know what the big deal was about, I get a flower design all the time in different salons!... After all of that, I had no time to do my mani, since the app took over two hours.The girls working there are rude and the manager is even worse! I still have a gift card for mani, but I refuse to go back to a salon where the service is so poor even if it is for free and I didn't even pay for it with my own money! Sad....

My Escape Close to Home
I enjoy going to The Color Room for spa treatments. I 've gone there for a manicure, pedicure, and several facials. I especially enjoy the facials. I've seen Jill and Joella and both are excellent at making me feel completely relaxed. I look forward to going there and have told my husband that if he ever needs a gift idea, he can't go wrong with a Color Room gift certificate.

Long Time Customer
I've been a long time customer, about 9 years & running. I was happy from day one & have continued to be happy. My hair stylist is open to new styles & is current in all of her training. I am always changing my hair cut & feel that my stylist is able to remain on trend. I've also been stopped & asked more than once where I get my hair cut & by whom as the style is often wanted by others. The esteticians are excellent & I have always been happy with the services provided. I recommend this salon & day spa to everyone & anyone.
