Palm trees shade the aquatic oasis area, surrounding the serene lagoons, waterfall, swimming pool, and four whirlpools winding through the grounds. There is also nearly 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.

  Amenities like the Hawaiian-inspired Spa Helani's "treehouse" couple's treatment cabana provide a romantic energy to this tropical resort, yet it also welcomes families, with a club for keiki, or kids, ages 5 through 12, and a children's pool with a pirate ship.

Treatments at Spa Helani, a Heavenly Spa by Westin, blends Asian-inspired services with Western techniques, utilizing indigenous extracts from its island home. In addition to massage, facials, and nail, waxing, and makeup services, the spa offers the signature Lilikoi Fruit Melody, a combination of a full-body scrub blending sugarcane and lilikoi, or Hawaiian passion fruit, a lilikoi body butter soufflé wrap, and a massage with lilikoi and citrus oil. Body wraps and scrubs incorporate elements like Pacific sea salt, mango nectar, pineapple, lime, coffee, and cacao. In-villa services are also available.

Sleek teak and stone dominate the interior of the spa, and the 13 treatment rooms elegantly combine bamboo floors with mahogany furnishings. Unique design elements include a circular reception area and a chain chromatherapy light that extends from the floor to the ceiling, as well as a lava-rock water feature.

Romantics can indulge in tandem treatments in the open-air "tree house" cabana or in one of two additional dual suites, and mothers and daughters can enjoy side-by-side chocolate truffle mani/pedi treatments. During downtime before or between services, guests can be found in the eucalyptus-scented steam room or in the coed relaxation lounge on the spa's courtyard.
