There are five private therapeutic massage treatment rooms in the 1,610-square-foot spa that are warmly decorated and feature dim lighting. Music and the sounds of a waterfall enhance the spa's relaxing atmosphere. Elements offers a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, deep-tissue, trigger point, sports, prenatal, and hot stone. After the massage is complete the therapist will provide clients with recommendations for the next visit. I had a wonderful experience at this particular Elements spa (in Parker). I had an 80 minute Hot Stone Massage with Maureen, and Maureen is amazing at what she does for a lving! Her hands were like magic and she did really good work with the hot stones. The stones made the massage even more relaxing and soothing. Her tone of voice was perfect and she respected my wishes, and was very friendly. The lighting in the room was low. I really liked the soft music playing. I loved the mint at the end. The only thing that was lacking was some aromatherapy or nice scents....but that is minor. I felt so good after my massage. I would defnitely come back to do it again.

I decided to try this spa due to location and could not be happier. It was relaxing as soon as I walked in. I was greeted immediately. No pressure to sign up before or after the massage. I have a tendency to get cold and they provided plenty of blankets and the massage bed was heated. ;) I loved the little touches of getting a chocolate mint and a bag of epsom salt to soak in that evening. I will definitely be back.
