Massage was good...tried to use a Groupon for a facial but they never had openings when I was available.
The massage that I got was really good. Prices are expensive if you're not a "member" which is unfortunate.
I would return if there was a special going on, but I wouldn't go there and pay "non-member" rates.

I normally visit high end spas. This was my first "chain spa" experience and it is a good value for the money. You don't have all the fluff that you have at a high end spa, but you will be relaxed for a reasonable price. I think this experience is great for montly upkeep, so, I joined and will be back. I will continue to use the high priced spas when I am vacationing or want high end treatments, like body wraps and scrubs. However, it is necessary to destress monthly, and this spa gives you that option at an affordable price. This spa provides a way for working people to take care of their whole-selves in a similar manner that the rich do, and meets basic spa needs. This is a great concept!

I have visited many spas, and at first I was a bit skeptical about a "chain" spa. Hand & Stone has changed my mind! I received a 50 minute Signature Facial from Liz. I was greeted with a lovely waiting room and friendly receptionists who had me fill out a quick health questionnaire. Liz came for me when it was time for my appointment and brought me back to a nice quiet room with a very comfortable heated bed. The 50 minute signature also includes a chest/neck & arm/hand massage which added even more to my relaxation. My face feels clean and looks beautiful and I will definitely be returning. No pushy product selling employees here - they genuinely want you to enjoy your service and make sure you do what you came to do - RELAX! I will definitely be back, thank you!

I love receiving massages and facials all the time. A friend had told me about this place and she was very pleased with her services and i needed to get back into the routine with facials and massages, so i tried it out.It has probably been a year since i had gotten anything done like that. Let me tell you, ..they are so friendly there and you can tell right away that they act like a team to take care of anyone who walks into their spa. The services were phenomenal and so are all the technicians! The rooms are comfortable, relaxing and the beds are all heated, which feels great! I have joined the membership program and its been almost six months now and i absolutely love it! Its great to know that i can go to a place where everyone there can give a great service, but i do have my favorites.
