I love this spa. They are always super friendly and everyone I have worked with there is really great. I've been going here for about a year and always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Normally I get the microdermabrasion facial. I've also had a peels, massages and hot stones as well. I love that I can book and cancel online, which is super convenient. Be sure to sign up for their newsletter they send out monthly specials which always have something great. 5 stars all the way.

Do NOT book through their online system!

I booked an Ashiatsu appointment through their online booking --- assuming the times listed were actually available. They called 1 hr before my appointment time to tell me that the time I selected was not actually not available. Their solution was to allow me to keep the time, but switch to a completely different service with a small discount for the trouble.... A discount amount not worth the time and effort... not to mention I would be paying for a massage style that I did not want. No thank you. If you would like to book any service with this spa, I highly suggest not using the online system.

I have had two experiences with Carrollton Square Spa so far. Both experiences have been pleasant and I would be willing to return. My first experience was over waxing. The price was great, the job was well done, but I felt a little rushed by the technician. My second experience was with Jenna for a haircut. She did a great job. She took her time and gave my hair the attention it needs. I really appreciated it. The spa is tiny and it is located in the back part of a boutique, but I've heard they are expanding into their own building. I'm excited to see how the atmosphere is once they have moved. As for the current location, I've never noticed it being too loud or crowded.

I have been going to this place a few months ago. The chemical peels aren't as strong as the med spa but they certainly make up for it in experience. I get a couple hours to myself to relax and unwind at a fraction of the cost. Great place!

I went to this spa for a brazilian wax, hot stone massage, and salt scrub. I was looking for a spa for a wax but decided to book the other 2 services after seeing how affordable they were. I should have known better. They say they are next to a boutique...wrong they are the same place. You're unable to relax while waiting for you appointments due to people shopping right there. This was the worst wax experience I ever had. I've had brazilian waxes several times and none have hurt as much as this one did. I think she was putting the wax on too thick because she kept having to rewax the same exact areas, and the result was more like shaving than waxing, including the ingrown hairs, more than I ever had shaving. Then there's the entire sections that she missed all together. Then there's the massage and salt scrub. It was impossible to relax when you could hear traffic and people talking on the street through the windows in the room. They were covered by curtains but the sound was too loud to relax. The few times I could start to get lost in the lackluster massage I would get asked "Are you relaxed?". The salt scrub itself was a waste of money as well. Forget getting what you pay for I got less than what I paid for...

Just do not go for a haircut

I visited here for a spa day/haircut. Everything was okay and fair for the price, however the haircut was a disaster. After she finished and turned me around to look at the back of my head, I had to hold back the tears. My friends have referred to this haircut as "the worst haircut of my life" and I actually had to go somewhere else and pay to get it fixed two days later. The place that fixed it cut over an inch off the right side where it was almost humorously uneven. The back layers were cut so short that there was is no way to fix the damage (besides waiting a year). This is my first negative review on SpaFinder.

This was a great little find tucked in the old downtown area of Carrollton. I had a mud wrap and mini-facial with Stephanie and the entire process was wonderful, everything smelled amazing and I felt fantastic when I was done.

I was running late for my appointment, but the staff accommodated me, reducing my stress. My massage, the hot stone, was expertly done, and my massage therapist, Pennie, was both professional and personable. A fantastic experience!

I have been going to Carrollton Square Spa for years. I've had a variety of treatments - waxing, microdermabrasion and a variey of facials and massages. My favorite is Melissa's Signature Facial. She uses fragrant, high quality Yonka products and it is a wonderul, relaxing experience.

I love going to this spa because of its location (love Historic Carrollton) staff and available treatments. I have had 3 facials and a a few massages. My next appointment is for a hot stone massage and I can't wait! I also love that they frequently mail out specials and add ons. I recently only paid $25 for a facial because I booked a massage as well! This is just one of the many special offers that I have taken them up on. Love it!

I was hesitant to book a facial and massage for $110. It was definitely the best deal around but I wasn't sure from the website what the spa would look like. It was very clean, relaxing and professional. It did take a while to get back to the room and there were some lulls but overall the experience was nice. They were nice enough to trade out the Swedish massage that normally comes with the package for a prenatal massage at no extra charge. The nice thing was when she was finished, the masseuse asked if there were any spots I wanted her to concentrate more on. The Petite Pamper was a great value and I will definitely return.

I received a wonderful massge from Anjulie. I originally went in for a deep tissue massage and she suggested the Ah shiatsu massage instead. It proved to be an execllent suggestion! She was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. I will definitely be back to visit again soon and next time I will get a facial too!

I realy enjojoyed my bliss pamper at this spa. My favorite was the signature facial. The products smelled amazing and the facial was sooo relaxing. I loved the oxygen machine she used during the mask. My massage was excellent, they used aromatherapy that cleared my sinus problem. Lunch from the tearoom next door topped it off. Thanks Again.

I used a spafinder certificate at this spa and was not happy with my experience. The staff was almost 1/2 hour late in opening for the day which cut my appointment short since I had kid pick up duties. Secondly, the massage I received was not comfortable or what I had requested. I like a firm massage, however the masseuse insisted on acupressure on areas of my body that I was not comfortable with. It seemed as if she was going to do what SHE wanted to do no matter what!! The spa space is very small and inside a retail boutique establishment. No where to relax and unwind as in other spas.

Pain Free Finally

Being a nurse for 10+ years my back is abused. I did not know what it was to be PAIN FREE until I had accupuncture by Teresa Babin. Stress is also a major issue of mine and the acupuncture has helped relieve the tension (headaches, neck pain, backpain ect) I must admit I was so scared of the actual accupuncture needles but they are honestly so tiny/thin that you dont really feel them. Finding Teresa was a blessing.....my skeptical husband who has had chronic back/neck pain since his military days for more than 15 years wanted me to cancel his first appointment (which I made without his knowledge) but I refused insisting it worked----he is now pain free and will be one of Teresa's regulars
