Chic amenities include Nobu and Reuben's restaurants, an infinity-edge swimming pool, Vista Bar & Lounge for cocktails or daily afternoon tea, and NEO Boutique, where guests can shop for designer apparel and local apparel. Tucked away on a private island, nestled amidst waterways and manicured gardens lies the One&Only Spa. The intimate retreat, fashioned in contemporary style with accents of African decor, has 10 treatment rooms, including two with private wet areas for solo spa-goers or couples, overlooking the marina. Before or after treatments, guests can spend moments of calm in the two vitality pools with air massage recliners, a naturally lit sauna, aroma-steam rooms, and experience showers. Beauty services can be taken in the hair salon and Pedi: Mani: Cure Studio by Bastien Gonzalez.
Customized holistic spa services celebrate the ESPA brand with native ingredients and include the hallmark One&Only Cape Town Essence of Earth and Ocean Experience. The 120-minute ritual, inspired by the original inhabitants of Cape Peninsula, utilizes indigenous sea salt, South African seaweed, and warmed sea shells during the body exfoliation, scalp and body massage, and wrap.

Wow! What an unbelievable experience. To be treated like a queen for an entire day was just bliss! It usually takes me a while to relax but within 10 min I could just feel my body going into that mode of relaxation.
Chantel, was truly the best. She over extended herself with making you feel totally at ease and honestly providing such a unique comfort and understanding. The best massage and facial in the entire world!
Cannot wait to come again!

This was without a doubt the most beautiful and the most luxurious spa I have been to. I live in Los Angeles, California and spas are a dime a dozen here. But the One and Only Spa was better than any I've seen here or anywhere else in my travels. It is beautiful and spacious. The service is impeccable and relaxing to the nth degree. Truly the best spa I have ever been to.

My husband and I went for a 90 minute treatment special massage. You could choose how the 90 minutes would be used. As my husband had just finished the Cape Epic his needs were different to mine and we were thrilled to be able to tell them exactly what we wanted.
This Spa is fabulous in all aspects. The setting, the service, the facilities are of superior quality. All the staff are friendly, professional and helpful.
It was a fantastic massage - our therapists were outstanding and the 1,5 hours just flew by.
we have been to the One&Only Spa before and will continue to support them as they are truly great.
We are so proud to have them in Cape Town.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at the One&Only Spa and Ilova restaurant. Throughout the day we were confronted with smiling, helpful and happy staff. We had a delicious lunch and wonderful spa treatment. The place was exceptionally clean and very cosy.

my husband and I booked an 80min unwind massage and it was the best we had ever had. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very well trained. Facilities were elegant and clean. Healthy buffet provided & great wet facilities. Only warning: men and women wet facilities are separate so not ideal for a romantic time!

one of the most relaxing and fulfilling SPA esperiences. I was in cape Town on Business and as i was staying at the One&Only Cape Town i booked it by chance . I felt invigorated , energised and most of all i was transported into a world of calm , relaxation and tranquility. This SPA is not inside the main Hotel building but on a island in the grounds of the Hotel (absolutely surreal experience) .
