This bright and airy 5,000 square-foot spa has a mod feel and features 9 treatment rooms, a retail boutique, nail stations with individual TVs (movie-while-you-mani), and separate men's and women's lounges and locker rooms with sink-side product sampling and digital lockers. This location also features men's and women's saunas and private steam showers with optional aromatherapy.
Bliss Dallas offers a wide variety of services. Its signature treatments include the Triple Oxygen Treatment facial, a 75-minute full body massage, smoothing body scrubs, luxe pedicures, and Brazilian bikini waxes. In addition to the signature brownie buffet, cheese and crackers, cucumbers, olives, and other refreshments are always available.

I got the carrot sesame body buff and reflexology. I liked both treatments. The body buff left my skin super smooth. Both of my therapists were very nice. The one thing that I think needs improvement is the atmosphere. I tend to like my spa very calming and the stark white wall, and clean lines just didn't give me that "at the spa" feel. The waiting room felt like a doctors office. The snacks in the waiting area were nice. I would come back for the unique treatments, but I just didn't feel like this was my kind of spa.

The bliss spa is very small. There is no relaxing atmosphere here. They only have a small room with insufficient seating and a couple of magazines. The products are good which made the facial okay. I will not be returning because the atmosphere is not relaxing and the prices are high compared to the level of service.

I had a massage at Bliss, and was also a little disappointed. While the spa as a whole was nice and clean, the room that I had my massage in was cold and felt institutional. The room was entirely white tile and was cold to have a massage in. The massage itself was pretty good and of course the products are amazing. For the overall price though, I would recommend going to Daired's in Arlington. Much better bang for your buck.

I went last week for Deal Days and I guess you get what you pay for. It was dirty, loud from pool guests and bad music and my therapies were terrible. No one want to think "when will this be over" during a massage. I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone!

Went to the Bliss spa to try it out for SpaFinder's spa week and was dissapointed! The atmosphere was as expected for a W chain hotel spa, though not as big as I expected for one. Front desk person was nice and courteous as well as my estethician. My problem was with my actual treatment. First of all she suggested a upper lip wax and promised no side effects or redness. I had explained to her that the next day was my cousin's wedding and therefore would be taking pics. She assured me there would be no problem and at that time offered me an "upgraded service" for about $30 more. She claimed that the other facial I had signed up for has a harsh chemical peel and didnt recommend it being the next day I had an event. I accepted trusting her expertise. Well, she tore my skin up with the wax and left my nose totally red and bruised along w about 10 other places on my face which did not hide even after globs of make up!!!! So much for expertise
