    I took my mother to the Sanctuary spa in Richmond for her birthday treat, and wow was it a treat. We had lovely relaxing treatments and relaxed in their lounge with fruit salads and herbal tea afterwards. What an amazing tranquil spa in the middle of Richmond. So glad I found this place and I'll defiantly be taking my sister there for her birthday.

    This is a very low quality spa experience that really isn't worth the money. Poor customer service, uninspiring surroundings... Spa NK, Cowshed... anywhere really... beat this branch of the Sanctuary hands down.
