Salon Profe'

I used a spa finder gift certificate to get a deluxe pedicure here and I will never go back. The woman doing the pedicure never introduced herself to me, never spoke to me except to clarify which service I was there for, she injured my toe, and at the end of the pedicure there was still polish all over my skin. The deluxe pedicure was supposed to be about an hour long with foot rubs, scrubs, etc., it barely lasted 50 minutes and the foot rub was basically her poking at me. I am glad this was a gift card purchase or else I may have asked for my money back. I can't speak for other services but I will never go back here.

I was so surprised of how easy it was to (1) Book my appointment online and (2) the service that I got. I've seen Salon Profe' many ad's and I had some spafinder gift cards that my husband had given me for my birthday. I don't know if he was trying to say something. LOL So I got on my Iphone and used the spafinder app and Salon Profe' popped up so I looked at the spafinder info and then I typed in www.salonprofe.com and WOW what a website they have you can even buy products on there site and they will ship then strait to your house or they will hold them at the salon for you. I've never seen that and I've been to a lot of salon's. OK now let me tell you about my facial. I'm always scared to go to a new place but even when I first walked in I felt so comfortable the man at the front desk was so nice and helpful then I was introduced to the medical aesthetician Nada. We went back to the aesthetics department and I told her how my skin was so dry and the problems I have been having she was so knowledgeable about skin and my facial that I got from her was to die for WOW I am a customer for life. O and Nada and her husband Craig who was at the front counter are the owners. Wonderful place. Just love it.

Every time I have to look for a new salon I get so scared whether they will mess up my hair or my face. Thank God I found Salon Profe'. They have the touch and they take the time and made sure that the service was what I wanted. At Salon Profe' everyone from the owners whom by the way are there at all times and the whole staff is so kind, loving and highly experienced, that it truly is a breath of fresh air. I was so happy with my last two services that I got from Salon Profe' . I have been telling everyone I know about this great place and I have to also say if there is ever a negative review I would not believe it for a minute. This place is first class all the way. I am a customer for life!!!!!

After years of looking for a quality salon in the south area with prices that will not break the bank, I have found that at Salon Profe". Luxury treatment, beautiful salon, upbeat staff and top of the line results. Coming back !!

What a beautiful salon experience! Fantastic personable people, bright fun atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment time and prices that cannot be beat for services. For the first time I have hair color that looks sensational, with no chemical smell or bad effects on my sensitive scalp and skin. I feel like this salon tries to be a day spa, but is really a hair salon that offers other services. There was a small confusion about who I was and what services I made an appointment for. Not a big deal by itself, but annoying after I had trouble checking out as well. I had a facial. It was okay. I didn't feel like it was a luxury treatment. The facial was advertised as a 1 hour treatment. I only got 45 minutes. The women who did my facial was the same one that did my pedicure and did someone else's hair. So these are not professional aestheticians that specialize in skin care. I thought my pedicure was fine until I took a good look at it the next day. My cuticles were not trimmed and I could see my old nail polish color on the edges of my toes. I've certainly had much better pedicures for a lot less money. Checking out was a little bit of a fiasco. The gentleman at the desk couldn't figure out how to enter my spafinder certificate in his system. I had to stand there and wait while he figured it out. Overall, I would not recommend this salon to anyone I know.

I've been going to Salon Profe' for several months now for various salon and spa services and have to say I'm impressed. I found out Katie is a master hair colorist and was able to do an amazing color correction on my hair, which was previously done by somebody at another salon. Also Ruth is an excellent stylist for cutting hair. Many times when I've gone in for a cut elsewhere, they always cut my hair too short! Thankfully, both Ruth and Katie are very careful about that. I've also gotten a teeth whitening from Nada, and my teeth went 6 shades lighter. Nada has a wonderful, pampering spirit. I love it there. I plan to do hair extensions next which Katie has a good reputation for being very good at. Salon Profe is definitely my "home" salon now. - Sheila
