I just scheduled an appointment and the woman on the phone was very helpful and kind! She even emailed me afterwards to confirm and apologized for their busy week (livingsocial deals). Suzanne was very helpful and I look forward to coming here again when I am in the area.

I have been very lucky to visit numerous spas and to have used a variety of different massage therapists over the years. Darlene at Wellness Wisdom is without a doubt the best. Darlene has offered a broad variety of massage techniques for me, including heated stone, deep tissue, reflexology, prenatal massage and more. Each time, she uses the best techniques to get the best outcome. Since I started using Darlene, I have stopped going to my chiropractor and have not needed to see my orthopedist for back pain either. When I have a problem, I just call Darlene and she fixes it! My husband uses Darlene as well and appreciates that she is strong enough to give him a very deep massage but gentle enough that he still feels refreshed at the end.
Darlene also has a very healing presence and a wonderful spirit, so we find it very easy to relax and be restored after time in her very capable hands. I can't say enough about Wellness Wisdom and how much we benefit from the time with Darlene.

Darlene is now my one and only massage therapist. Over the times that I've seen her she's figured out the perfect blend of styles for me. Fortunately, she's trained in a variety of different massage disciplines so she can draw on any of them to create the right massage for me, even the right massage for that specific session depending on how I'm feeling.
I enjoy her style of communication and her sense of touch which allows her to fine tune the massage as we go. She is highly professional but with with a sensitivity that I very much appreciate.

I've been getting massage's for years now but since I started going to Darlene there is no one else I will let give me a massage. You can give me a coupon for a FREE one and I just wont do it! She is by far the best in CT!
Darlene is so skilled and knows exactley what to do to work out any type of pains you maybe having. She is very proffesional and after each massage I feel great for at least 2 days. Now who can do that?
Her new location is awesome. It is so peaceful and has a very calming feeling. When I go I might still be in Norwalk yet during my session I feel like I am miles away from home!!
You have to try this spa. It is worth every dollar!!

When I got Darlene's card saying she'd opened her own place (finally!), i was thrilled.
Being an active athlete, Darlene has the knowledge and skills to keep me going.
Sure bet for great therapy.

I highly recommend a visit to this spa. It won't be your last. Darlene & Suzanne know what they are doing. Their services are very personalized and they treat you like family. You wiill be in a professional/spa atmosphere with a feeling you are the most important person to them. Not another number like most places. Enjoy! I'm going back!
