You will learn basic pole spins such as the Step-around, the Fireman, the Hook, and the Backwards Hook along with other sexy moves. We will then put it all together into a sexy dance routine. You will build your upperbody strength in this class, something most women lack. You will need this upperbody strength for the more more advanced classes. Total Body Sculpt
You will work your entire body in this class. Everything from your triceps down to your calfs. The majority of the class you use the balls, but the class uses other props as well. We will use balls, foam rollers, magic circles, tubing and more for a full workout. You will be challenged with abdominal's exercises, glute work, and an exhaustive bootylicious big ball squats series. Just when you think you can't lift your leg another inch, your instructor will make you to sink just a bit lower and kick just a little higher. We love the burn!
