I had a terrible experience here. They switched out the massage therapist I had booked for my elderly Mom and replaced her with a male therapist. Ruined our spa day. I will never go to this place again. Overpriced for quality of service.

There is a reason this spa is expensive--it's the best. Don't waste your money on other cheap places because you won't end up being happy. I usually get an eyebrow wax here and they do an amazing job!

I scheduled a waxing - lower leg only. I was put in a small room (only large enough for one person to stand) while the woman told me to undress - she did not leave the room, very uncomfortable. She supposedly waxed my legs - but I got home and discovered most of my legs weren't waxed and had to use a home kit to finish the job - mind you, I don't have much hair on my legs, most technicians wonder why I bother. The front desk staff was very unprofessional as well.

The facial itself was good. However, my facialist kept telling me how terrible my skin is -- not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

I had their signature facial and it was one of the most amazing I've ever had...I did not expect to have my feet soaked in front of a roaring fire while enjoying a cup of tea...The facialist made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience and I felt amazing for the rest of the day.
The massage, on the other hand, was not an enjoyable experience. While I waited in the same position as in above, the massage therapist was running around saying hello to people in a very unprofessional manner, while I prayed he wasn't the one massaging me. Though he was a very nice man, he put way too much pressure on my muscles and left me in agony for days. I was literally in pain all over my body as if I had been in an accident or something. Never had a massage that left me feeling that way.
The receptionists were rude on both visits and not very accommodating.
I would go back for the facial but never again for the massage.

How can this location, less than 5 minutes from the Town & Country location be so different all all levels (not in a good way). The reception staff is so unpleasant and makes one feel so unwelcomed.

The customer service is lackluster. The receptionists were not well trained. The massage therapist did a good job with my shoulders but he could not ease a foot cramp that bothered me during a massage, and that is telling.
I've read bad reviews about this place, but it's the only one that could provide same-day service. I don't plan my stress levels ahead of time, so scheduling massages in advance is something I will never get used to.
The service at any spa in Napa beats this hands down.

I have been to a LOT of spas and this was the gawdawful worst!!!!
Had a brow/ lash tint and brow wax here. Woman was in and out of the room, total treatment time was less than 12 minutes. Tint lasted for less than a week. Called to complain twice, told it was "too late to complain" and manager ignored my second phone call. This used to be a high caliber salon (the Town and Country Location has MUCH better ambiance/service), but now they have lost the desire to give high quality care, but have kept the snotty attitude. Yick!
