Utilizing various heart-pumping techniques, we incorporate cardio and Pilates to allow for a calorie deficiency while building muscle in one amazing workout. Beginner Quad Class

Our beginner Quad class is designed for those who have an understanding of Pilates fundamentals but not much experience with more advanced postures. Ideally each participant has experience on each apparatus prior to joining a group class so they are familiar with the adjustable ropes, pulleys, springs and carriage system.
