All you need in a day spa in 1 location. Clean, soothing, great services, outdoor roof deck in the middle of Boston. Perfect for groups too with eating and socializing areas.

After reading several great reviews, I went to G2O for a nail appointment before a very important event, willing to pay a bit more at a nice place. I scheduled an appointment for a polish change only on nails and feet (not a full manicure/pedicure). My nail tech came out at least twenty minutes late. She then proceeded to give me what I figured out was a full manicure. She left pieces of cotton on three of my nails, leaving bumps (I asked her to fix the worst one but she didn't fix the others). After the full manicure, she brought me to the nail drying area where I waited a long time expecting them to come back to get me for the pedicure. This never happened, and I finally got up to leave an hour and fifteen minutes after I arrived with only a fraction of what I expected from the experience. When I went to the cashier they first tried to charge me for all of what I had made my appointment for but not received. I was charged the full price for the manicure (despite it wasn't what I ordered) and left very late to my next appointment. Bad experience and will not be returning!

Alison was great -- she totally got what I was looking for and was also really honest about how she thought a cut might look one me (bangs are out for the summer, girls, by the way).
You should book an earlier appointment and spend some time after on the roofdeck!!!! It's a calming escape in the city -- I wish I could live on the 5th floor/roofdeck.

I highly recommend Jessie, a stylist at the spa. She listens to what you want and can make it work. She got my hair back into great shape with shine and softness. Her advise is always sound on the different recommended hair products. I had the best underarm waxing from on of the women there...cannot remember her name but my hair took three weeks before it started to come back. In all a visit to G2O is an awesome experience!

Atmoshpere was great - plush robes, friendly staff, great tea rooms, shower available. Massage was heaven. Facial was mediocre however.
