EYE BROW WAX

Finally fed up with cheap nail salon waxes, I figured I would pay more than double to see an educated esthetician. Rizzieri was busy, and at the front desk, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience by scheduling my wax appointment in person as a walk-in. I believe Nina was the name of my esthetician. When she was finished and showed me my reflection, I was horrified. My brows were noticeably uneven and uncentered. I asked her to get a pencil so I could hold it against either side of my nose and show her how off both sides were. She said they were 'only a little uneven.' Um... a little goes a long way when it comes to brows. She plucked around the brows and said I would just have to let them grow back. When I went to the front desk, the attendant didn't look at me and never asked how my service was; she simply stated the total. I am mad at myself for paying.

My girlfriend and I celebrate our birthdays each year with a spa visit. We go to Rizzieri's every year. The robes are so comfy, the mood calm, the water is chilled with lemon, and the massages are amazing. They also give the best facials by also including a hand treatment and neck/shoulders massage. I would definitely recommend you visit this spa.

i visit rizzeri for my hair color every 8 weeks. sharon is wonderful. i use spa finder GC to pay, and it usually saves me about ten dollars when I use a coupon code with the GC purchase online.

My wife and I wanted a break and relaxation so we booked massages and they had time available for both of us. With very short notice and when almost everyone else is closed, getting time was the first pleasant surprise. The place wasn't really high-end but just good. We both had great massages which why we were. They used hot towels throughout the massage which was something no one else did before. The massage table was also a heated table. The Aveda oil was a good touch. Music was nice. Sandy showed me 4 different aromatic oils which was also a nice touch. I fell asleep through half way and just couldn't hold myself from snoring away - a good sign. She didn't talk much - just asked me if I needed more attention or pressure at any particular point. Overall a nice experience and ended our Sunday afternoon in a relaxing way. My wife had a similar experience. Price was a bit higher than the usual places and not expensive either.

I have been going to Rizzieri for over 10 yrs and I have never once been less than 100% satisfied with every service I received. Their stlyists are knowledgable, friendly and always eager to please. I had never been complimented so many times on my hair cuts until I started going here. And there's always a perfect match for every type of hair, desired style and personality too. It's also a beautiful salon and spa as well. Not too uppity or pretentous, but with great style and sense of pampering and comfort. Especially down staris at their amazing spa!

I have gone to this salon for years and have had messages and facials... and let me tell you... it has always been the best experience I have ever had. The service from the time I've walked in the door til the time I've left was GREAT! The atmosphere is so relaxing. I tell people about this place and continue to go back again and again and again! Love this place!

Have visited this spa for years for waxing, hair (cut and color), manicure, pedicure, massage. Staff is excellent; variety of experts to choose from to meet your needs. Convenient hours and scheduling. Traveled significantly so a lot of spas to compare to. Caution: if you are looking snooty, this is not the spa for you.
