Cant believe this place has been on my doorstep and I never knew. it is simple and totally geared for relaxation, in a feminine and calming environment. Nothing is too much trouble, and the staff are faultless in their skills and consideration. I was tempted not to write such a review for fear that this place will be get overused and complacent.....but I think their passion and ethos would not allow that. The setting is perfect for such a retreat. Thank you for some lovely timid today!

Have nothing bad to say about this day spa. Spent a whole day used Hot Tub brilliant with a cool glass of bubbly served to you. Lunch served in individual picnic baskets, very cute, & more than enough to eat. Aromatherapy back massage to die for, afterwards wonderful pedicure . The staff cannot do enough for you & are always on hand & you are supplied with robes slippers & towel. On leaving a small gift was given. Would most certainly return for another day of pampering. Truly excellent day. Cannot thank all the girls enough for making a really pleasurable day.

Went to Owl House Day Spa yesterday and had such a lovely day there. The atmosephere is really great and since the chillout areas are all small and intimate you can usually get an area just for yourselves - perfect for couples. The outdoor hot tub was stunning and at the time was surrounded with snow - gorgeous! Staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome and at ease.
There is a very relaxed atmosphere, which is great for a spa; however for some could be taken too far into disorganisation. We did have to chase staff to get food, drink, information etc rather than things working around us which would've been the ideal. The rasul therapy was lovely although we could've done with a lot more mud - I only managed to cover about half of my body and that was with a thin layer! Our treatments were in the hayloft suite which again was stunning - the place is only small but they make the best of the space and it creates a really intimate atmosphere - and its been done out immaculately. Would definitely go back!
