My sister in law and i decided t have a spa day so i searched and decided dazzle would be great. Not so much. The first issue i had was they only had one masseuse and it was a guy...not all women are comfortable being half naked in a room while a strange man rubs on them. so we cancelled our massages there and did them somewhere else. the facial was probably the best part. then we went for our mani/pedis....if you can call them that. Basically my "mani" was a polish change, no scrubbing, no filing, no massage, literally took my toenail polish off and put new on. The manicure was exactly the same, must a polish change. We both upgraded to shelac, my toes polish chipped within 4 days, and my nails look awful bc she didnt trim my cuticles. why should i have to tell them how to do their job!!! it was not a nice spa day, we WILL NOT go back. They do a better job at the strip mall nail places, a spa should be nice. it wasnt, dont go. waste of money.

Since moving to Louisville, I have tried several salons and nothing compares to Dazzle! A co-worker recommended Dana at Dazzle. She's great! She's very friendly, professional and I always leave happy. What I appreciate the most is the friendly staff and how considerate they are of my time. I've never had to wait more than just a few minutes, they are accommodating when I need to reschedule an appointment and with every visit it is obvious their appreciate their clients!

Front desk staff were friendly. However, the stylist, Dana, was very unprofessional in every way. She didn't listen to what I asked for (she seemed more interested in texting on her phone), and didn't tell me beforehand that she wasn't going to use the color I asked for. Later she said she didn't do what I asked because she thought a different, lighter color would be better EVEN THOUGH, I had asked for lowlights and have been using the same lowlight color on my hair for the past 10yrs and love it. She knew I was unhappy, but never apologized for not listening to me. She was rude, said she knew what was best and even lied to me! I tried contacting the manager by phone and email and haven't gotten a response. Will not be returning!

I have gone to Dazzle for waxing appointments, and it is one of the best places I have been to! Not as pricey as other places, but Mercedes is fantastic.

Dazzle doesn't look like much from the outside--it's in a strip mall--but once inside, it's a different experience. I had a Brazillian wax, and the esthetician did a fantastic job. The staff was polite and attentive and got me in quickly.
The only downside is that it can be difficult to get in and out of depending on traffic and the time of day. Still, I would recommend it.

I have been to Andrea Bone many times, and always with excellent results. My color has always been admired by many people with great reviews! I always feel beautiful when I leave her hands!
Although customer service, upon entrance to the salon, is less than desirable! I was ignored for quite a long time, as well as gossip at the front counter about the stylist in the salon.
I will endure the pain of the front counter to enjoy Andrea's expertise!

The spa is beautiful, friendly staffed and reasonably priced.
I had a full body massage by Mercedes. It was the best massage I have ever received. She loosened spots that my chiropractor couldn't. The continuous rhythm of the massage was so soothing and relaxing. I highly recommend the spa and Mercedes.

I have been to a couple of places to get my full body massage, but w one visit to dazzle i wil never go elsewhere. I love the atomosphere and relaxing room where the massage takes place. the staff is always very friendly as well. You will also find that it is not as expensive as the other salons and spas in the area, but have the same quality services. I personally choose mercedes as my massage therapist when going to dazzle- she does a wonderful job everytime.
