I had the hot stone massage and to be honest it felt like the masseur was fresh out of school. I talked to another customer in the changing room and she said her massage was just ok.
The pedicure was the worst... chairs are uncomfortable with no support for your legs, the water was scalding hot, the lid to the tub of water kept falling into the tub... just to name a few things. The manicurist started using a dry salt scrub with out even warning me... heads up, it hurts. The pedicure was supposed to be an hour according to the info we received over the phone and it was 45 minutes... which may not seem like a big time difference but when you are paying $65 you want the full hour. The foot and leg massage was maybe a total of 5 minutes.
I was with a group of friends and we spoke the manager who contacted the owner. The owner "is busy and can not make adjustment to price until she comes in" ... this was a week ago and still no response from the owner.
I will never go back

I did a lot of research in the area for my husband and I to get a much needed massage. Finally decided on this location. They had an amazing spa menu. Unfortunately they did not have the staff to provide the services they offered. They did try very hard to accomodate us. After settling for what we could get, the spa was located in a locker room type setting. The music was some type of techno spa music for at least 10 min of my treatment. The doors to the other treatment rooms kept opening and closing which created a suction on the door in the treatment room I was in so it kept rattling. My massge was ok.Used several inconsistant techniques. So over all the experience was pretty distracting. My husband and I were done at the same time and were greeted with a dixie cup size cup of water and were told to drink alot of water. hummm stand in a hallway and drink shots of water. We have gone to spas all over the country and Mexico. I would have to say that staff did try and get us in and meet our needs but overall we wouldn't rate this spa in our top 10.In these ecomonic times they certainly had the spa set up to operate on a tight budget for themselves. However the pricing was comparable to others in the area.

The fiance and I came here for a couple's massage after a day of snowboarding. I came in stiff and sore, and left light on my feet, so my massage was great. There was a little too much talking between me and my masseuse for my liking, and not enough talking between me and my love, but otherwise, it was a great experience.
