After an active day in the saddle or on the slopes, visitors may enjoy the relaxing spa services provided by Hills Health's 15 treatment rooms. The very extensive spa menu offers everything from physiotherapy to a computerized lifestyle analysis to glacial clay body wraps. The spa is best known for its treatments that use Rosehip oil, which is derived from the 20,000 acres of Rosehip found on the Ranch.

The on-site Canadian Wellness Centre offers comprehensive programs that are based on the latest research on achieving long-term health. The Centre provides workshops on topics such as nutrition, stress management, menopause, and meditation. Participants can also opt for a complete medical evaluation with the Centre's resident doctor.

Additional spa facilities include a fully-equipped exercise facility, an indoor swimming pool, two hydrotherapy pools, and two dry saunas. Fitness classes range from NIA to self-defense to line dancing.

I absolutely LOVE The Hills Health Ranch. I first went there 2 years ago for a couple of days and wished I could have stayed a week! I enjoy fitnes/adventure type holidays where I can maintain my training and get out in the great outdoor. The Hills Health Ranch offers so many wonderful outdoor activites regardless of the season. The fitness facility is wonderful with free weights, machines, cardio equipment, a huge floor space, aerobic and, my favourite - yoga classes! Plus, there is the spa. I have a week booked in one of their cabin soon and I cannot wait. oh, and they are dog friendly whcih is awesome for me because my two boys LOVE outdoor adventures as much as I do!

Love the enviroment, it was so relaxing and would recommend it to anyone looking to give their lifestyle a boost or kickstart! Great opportunities for families and individuals to relax with hotel style rooms and 3 bedroom chalets available. The staff were wonderful and so accommodating.
