This appointment includes one instructor and two individuals with compatible skill levels, who have been evaluated by one of our instructors ideally in at least one private session to determine their level of experience and compatibility. This type of session is not recommended for injury related special needs.

A one-to-one session in a shared studio environment with a certified, experienced Pilates or CoreAlign Instructor. Using state-of-the-art Pilates equipment, small apparatus and accessories, each session will take you trough a highly personalized experience with your individual life-style and goals at the forefront of focus
