Have you ever looked forward to a relaxing expereince only to miserably suffer through it with no remedy? You will if you go to this spa. I went for a massage, which was nice, but the room was freezing. I asked if the heat could be adjusted and unfortunately was told that it could not be changed. It was uncomfortable to say the least and when I called this problem to the attention of the person accepting my payment, I was offered no remedy other than free sample packets of a few lotions! I certainly will not be returning.

I was given a $50 certificate for SpaFinder as a thank you gift. I decided to use it on my birthday for a 30 minute massage. When I walked in the door the atmosphere and staff were top notch.My therapist was so friendly and willing to please. The massage was above and beyond any that I've ever had. When she was done, she told me to take my time, relax as long as I wanted to. She also gave me one of the scented towelettes to enjoy for the remainder of the day. Yes, I will definitely go again and not for a 30 minute massage but an hour! If you want to have a Wonderful Experience I highly recommend Natural Body & Spa Shoppe.

I have been to this spa several times for my bi-weekly eyebrow waxing and I must say Annie is by far the best esthetician I have visited. She knows her stuff! I highly recommend.

I have been visiting this spa for years... I've done the couples massage with my husband with Thai and she was so sweet and helpful in teaching US how to massage properly. Also Christine does the best waxnig jobs and is very friendly. I love the small size and personalized feel of this facility, nothing like the factory feel of the mall spas. Highly recommend!
