I made my first visit to Pink Parlour early June for waxing. The process was simple and quick. Being highly rated almost everywhere in reviews, I trusted the staff and Pink Parlour alike to be attentive to customers and would produce a good job, especially in waxing. I went ahead to purchase other products and packages that entitled us to extended waxing services. To our disappointment, not only was the waxing outcome not up to our expectation - there were still traces of noticeable hair - but our extended waxing services was also revoked without any clear notification and clarification from the management or staff at any point of time. The information was only conveyed to us while I was trying to set for my next appointment, as what the package entitled. The responses that the management has replied to me were unhelpful and rigid, given that I have paid for the extended services and is not refundable and there is nothing that I could do about it. Overall, Pink Parlour may be one of the better waxing spas but I prefer to patronize other spas that also focuses on their customers on top of their services and profits.

My first visit to Pink Parlour was fabulous! I had a session of Princess Pedicure. Yes, I was being pampered like a princess. Their service was fantastic. The therapist was really thorough and careful, I’d called it professional. I like the products that they use. As I usually like to go for weird nail colors, I found that they have much more variety of colors to choose and they use O.P.I. I love their moisturizer that they used to apply for my leg. It was shimmering. I love that. I love that and I love that. The service is good unlike other nail spas that I visited before. Their customer service is remarkable because they are very friendly and NOT hard selling at all. I find the prices are pretty reasonable and worth spending money. I’ll definitely go back there… I heard their waxing is pretty good. They use hard wax and if I remember correctly, they have this new treatment called “Color Me There” which they use “Betty Beauty Products”. :P

The name Pink Parlour attracts my attention when I overheard my colleagues talking about how good & professional they were. I love facials & massages and love being pampered so I made a trip there. My experience was fantastic. I was really pleased with their friendly and warm service. The therapists were very professional. Their Manager was a real charm. I spent a whole afternoon pampering myself from head to toe with facial, massage and pedicure & manicure. I even tried the bikini wax, which left me completely satisfied. The prices were reasonable and the place was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend Pink Parlour if you want excellent service at a reasonable price.

I've enjoyed all my visits to Pink Parlour. Having heard so much about their waxing, facial and nail services, I decided to try it for myself. The staff are very nice and professional. I've never felt so pampered as I did in Pink Parlour. I am always looking forward to my visits there whenever I need some pampering and a good facial! I strongly recommend Pink Parlour to all those who are looking for service par excellence, friendly staff, relaxing ambience, beautiful results, reasonable pricing and pampering all rolled into one.
