Kids Yoga (KID)
This class is designed for children ages 4-10 and is a dynamic class where children learn yoga poses, apply those poses to games and activities, as well as work with the breath. The primary fitness skills that develop as a result of yoga are strength, flexibility and balance. Classes are a combination of age/ability appropriate yoga poses, music, movement, games, breathwork, and constructive play. In 45 minutes, kids will run the spectrum of energy from fast-paced games to relaxing stillness, all while developing more body-mind awareness.
