I'm writing this review because i don't want other people to get the same experience i have, first, the one who accepted my groupon wasn't too happy, i don't know why, at first she said my groupon paper is lacking in number? eventually someone who can speak a better english came & she fixed the problem, all along wasting my precious 20 minutes for my massage, i have only 40 minutes left, also the form that they ask you to fill up, the writing was so small & as if their printer run out of ink, it didn't help that the waiting room is so dark, when they started the massage, i have a long hair, she complained that my hair is so long, she gave me band to tie it, she asked me to do this while im lying face down,massage starts and it had only started 10 minutes & i cant wait for it to end, i told her to focus on my upper back & she didn't do that, plus i have been to other spa's & you can feel from a therapist strokes if they are good, here no one will even offer you water while waiting, i will never go back to this place, they are not friendly & i don't think they love their job.

I received a Spa Finder gift card for my birthday. I decide to visit Chakras Day Spa in Roseville to get a Full Set nails and pedicures. When I got there I was told the salon doesn't do full set, even though its on there web site. So I decide to get a pedicure which end up being very nice. At the end of my visit is when I found out that I couldn't have the balance from my gift card. The staff couldn't explain to me why, all I understood what it was a police to take my gift card once use and keep the balance. I will be call customer service on this issue. So please make sure you use all your gift card or you wont get the balance back. I won't be visiting this salon again or recommend it.

I attended this spa for my birthday with a spa finder gift cetificate from my husband. I was a little nervous about attending this spa because it had mixed reviews. And as my first spa experience and my only birthday gift. I definately didn't want to deal with poor customer service. But from the moment I walked through the door I received excellent customer service across the board. I was greeted with smiling faces although I was late and escorted to a beautiful room where I was served my favorite candy and herbal tea, so good! Next they directed me to the bathroom to put on their robe and slippers and allowed me to keep on my under garments. When I returned they soaked my feet in perfect temp. water with soft rose petals and the soft music playing, it just allowed me to leave all my troubles at the door and truly enjoy myself for the rest of my services. My facial was great, she allowed me to talk during the facial which I loved. And my massage was the best thing I've ever experienced in my life. I could tell their' staff really knew what they were doing. They were definately experienced. They were also professionally dressed, very modest by stepping out for me to disrobe, and also very thorough in their' instructions.

I visited Chakras Spa and had a disappointing first attempt. I was called by the esthetician the morning of the facial to say she didn't work that day so I would need to reschedule. She called a few days later to say she was so sorry and would give me a discount on my next facial. I had a bad feeling but made another appointment. Not only did she NOT give me a discount, my facial was the worst I have EVER had. My face has red blotches all over and is raw in a couple places. The staff is so disorganized .. the lady at the front desk is clueless and there seems to be no communication at all. My advice is to look elsewhere!

I had a horrible headache, 2 days, called and got in within an hour. Everything was great. The massage was so great, relaxing, and got rid of the headache. The atmosphere was so relaxing. I was greeted with a nice robe and slippers. I was taken into a parlor, very nice, and offered tea.........nice touch. After relaxing for a while I was taken into one of the most relaxing massages I've ever had. I actually fell asleep. This last minute massage was only $55, which was fantastic. I was able to use my spafinder giftcard, which made it even better. Thank You

My girlfriends and I visited Chakras for a Spa Day celebrating the birthday of two of our friends. We were greeted by a lovely waiting area filled with plates of strawberries, grapes and glasses for the wine we brought. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. The atmosphere was beautiful and we had an AMAZING time! Looking forward to another Spa Day at Chakras with the girls!

My mom and I visited this spa last week for massages and were so pleased with the entire visit! We were greeted warmly and professionally, and the spa itself is very nice & relaxing. Lots of nice touches and details can be found all around and the staff gave great massages! This spa is a great value and should not be missed...tell your friends!

This beautiful spa had me relaxed from the moment I walked in door. I was wrapped in a comfy robe, served a lovely herbal tea and set up in an aromatherapy footbath while I checked in. I went in for the ‘special’, which included a 30 minute facial, an hour long massage and I opted for the pedicure (instead of manicure) for an additional ten bucks. My facial with Kimberly was incredible. She was professional and attentive and my skin is still glowing a week later! She had this organic cleanser that smelled so good I just had to get it. Next I had a Swedish massage with Irina who gently coaxed me into a transcendent state. Aaaahh…. Lastly, my pedicure was done by Vivianne who was very friendly and sweet and so creative with my design- I love the little flowers on my toes! I highly recommend this place. It was my first visit and I’ll definitely be back and bring all of my girlfriends!

Beautiful facility. The worst service ever, not to mention false advertizing. Hair cut & color was terrible. Will never refer anyone. I think I've found a much better facility with courteous staff & expertize. GOOD LUCK

Let me start by stating that this spa is beautiful. The problem is that the banner outside the spa is false advertising, it states that for $100.00 you receive a massage, a manicure or pedicure and a facial and a tan (which is a great deal). Trying to make an appointment was a task, they have a standard message on the answering machine so I didn't think I had the right #. It took them 3 days to return my call and by that time I had called again. When you arrive you are told that it comes w/manicure and if you want pedicure instead it is extra. I didn't realize until I got home that the tan was never mentioned. The music is another disappointment, they have different music playing in every room so when you are in one room you still hear the music from the other and it isn't relaxing at all, I would suggest ocean, nature sounds or instrumental. The massage therapist actually stayed in the room when I removed my robe. I did enjoy the facial but again the music situation was awful. I have been to a few different spas and I think that these ladies would bring in return customers if they were friendly and did something about the music.

They do not have the best customer service, but i got a facial for acne and it actully cleared my face up over night. So if your looking for an acne facial this is the place to go.
